SSefa Yurttaş”The hotel is in a really perfect location. It offers a quiet and quiet environment close to the city centre and to the places to visit. Every corner of the hotel was clean, very close on hygiene. The rooms were designed modernly, furniture new and comfortable. The bathroom was shiny, smells like a whirlpool. Facilities such as air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi worked smoothly.
The breakfast was perfect in the whole sense. It offers a wide open buffet, fresh vegetables, various cheeses, hot options. We started the day with pleasure every morning.
The staff were very interested and guests. From the reception to the cleaning staff, everyone is laughing, helpful and loved his job. Every request was met quickly and gently. It is really appreciating that such a quality service is offered at such a price.
In general, I have had a much more than I expected in terms of comfort, cleaning, location, breakfast and quality of service. I will be my first choice in my subsequent trips. I recommend with pleasure.”

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the river bank, convenient to rent a boat for a trip to the turtle beach and ferry. The parking has to be searched next to it. And we had to wait a little, although we arrived a couple hours later than the 14-00
The hotel is very beautiful, stylish and charming.
There were problems with water, they were quickly eliminated.
Beautiful pool and good breakfast. Still very happy!!

MMarina BodreevaIf you think of the price, it's great. The room is simple but everything worked. Breakfast is also normal (the coffee would still be good but it is not). Walk to the embankment nearby. Resting ”young” people 70+, but quiet and measured.

GGuest UserЧудесный отель, всё продумано до мелочей для комфортного отдыха. В номере чайник, чай, кофе, халаты, идеально чистое постельное белье. В ванной комнате цветочки стоят, мелочь, но приятно. Внизу у бассейна отдельные полотенца для лежаков. Проживали с 18-21 апреля, народу не много, работ пылесос каждый день чистил бассейн, персонал реагирует на любую просьбу. Ухоженная территория, да бассейн приятно удивил, длина 50 м правда с изгибом, но поплавать можно.

TtimmocooperI understand why the Lorend is getting such good reviews. I spent 2 nights there. Rooms are small, but well thought out to maximise the space, centrally located, but quiet.
Breakfast is a perfect Turkish feast, and the staff exceptional.
Highly recommend, and I will definitely return.

AaleprenIt's in a very beautiful place. It wasn't bad at breakfast. The workers are giving you answers to all your questions, and we're happy to go back. There is no refrigerator in the rooms, but the store you can buy cold drinks is available just in front of the facility.

TtimmocooperThis was my 4th time, staying at Yakut. Don't expect The Ritz, but at £82 for 3 nights, its great value. Super clean, comfy and spacious, with the lovely owner Hakan. The photo is this mornings view from my balcony, a perfect start to the day.

GGuest UserA beautiful hotel near the embankment. From the balcony, the view of the tomb and the central street. The staff is very welcoming. You feel like home. Breakfast on the terrace on the roof. The view is excellent. The room is spacious enough comfort. No special drawbacks have noticed.

Ttimmocooper4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work.
I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed.
Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied).
My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area.
That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept.
The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail.
It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest.
I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.
