Best part of town. Stylish, family friendly townhome just blocks away from River Ranch and across from the Heart Hospital, 10 mins to downtown and Cajun Dome.. Style and comfort. With 2 master suites, each their own private bathrooms and walk in closets. King and Queen beds. Back patio with outdoor seating, lights and BBQ. Free washer & dryer and 2 parking spaces. Full coffee bar! 57 inch TV in the living room and a 40 inch in the bedroom. French doors and balcony feels like New Orleans. Lala Land is truly a unique find. Property includes driveway parking directly in front. Across the street from the Heart Hospital and Chase bank. Also a few blocks from River Ranch and all shopping, restaurants and stores. 10 mins to Cajun Dome, downtown and ULL campus. (Living downstairs and bed and bath upstairs)About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Pets not allowed on furniture & picked up after.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property.
