This area is great for having coffee and breakfast and enjoying the morning ocean air. Also on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with white stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, island bar sink, double oven, and bar seating area. There is also a comfortable living room area and dining area to enjoy the company of friends and family over a home cooked meal. This main floor also has two bedrooms (queen size beds) each with their own full bathrooms with walk-in shower. Finally there's 1 additional 1/2 bath on the main level. Upstairs we invite you to breathe in the Atlantic ocean air from the second level deck. You can relax in the upstairs living room area or enjoy the elevated balcony for the best views of the ocean and beach. You’ll also find a 1/2 guest bathroom. Finally, you can finish your day in the master bedroom which includes a private master bathroom with walk-in shower. The lower level is great for those traveling in larger groups or with children. This lower floor has a separate living room area, bedroom, and full bathroom. The living room area also includes a sofa with a pull-out bed. The laundry room is located on this level.This home is fully equipped to take care of all your needs. The home is newly renovated and decorating in traditional “beach house” style. The bathrooms are all tiled and roomy. The countertops are new stone with brushed steel accents. The TVs are equipped with Xfinity cable. High speed internet is available throughout the house.
