Small villa of 6 units but it was intimate, excellent hospitality by the staff, near popular restaurants. Love the villa concept at this price range - all we need!

The Villa is situated in a very convent location, close to many highly rated restaurants, spas, cafes. The Villa feels like an oasis in the middle of the city. Each room has a private pool, with an indoor/outdoor living concept. The staff are incredibly attentive and kind!

I like the friendly and attentive service. It would have been better if the room was a little bigger. Overall, it is a comfortable, private and friendly accommodation.

The hotel has an excellent location. There are many 24-hour restaurants and bars outside. The sound insulation is very good and you don't feel noisy in the room. The hotel service is very good, and there is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to answer any questions. There are many mosquitoes but it is inevitable. Overall very good

Nice place! The prices are very reasonable, the attitude of the staff is very good, the hotel is also very clean, and all the necessary facilities are complete, very suitable for honeymoon/family travel. In order to check in, the breakfast was replaced with a floating breakfast, which tasted good too! It is a very cost-effective hotel!

Here is my honest feedback about this property and communicated the same to the front staff. I am happy to provide the photos I took if property team won’t agree with my review. I will start with the pros 1. Staff is super helpful and amazing 10 out of 10 2. Close to Potato head, motel mexicolla, La Plancha, Mrs Sippy and a lot of other places Cons 1. Property is not well managed and the photos taken are old. Lot of moulds and dirty bathroom 2. Breakfast is not buffet and limited options to select which was never communicated

We loved our stay here! The staff are so friendly, the room was clean and it was beautiful. There is so many good food options in walking distance to the villa, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future! Thank you for hosting us. :)

First of all the staff are incredible, it was sad to leave. They are very welcoming and so kind. We had a 1 bedroom, king bed villa with AC and a private pool. We had breakfast delivered every morning which was very good. The villa is an excellent location for walking to restaurants and the beach. There are so many hidden jems along the way. You can walk to Seminyak Square or take a short cab there to all shops and restaurants. Altrought the villa is close to everything, it is at the end of a clean and quiet road. We had an incredible stay here, it is definitely worth checking out.

This villa was by far the best place we stayed in Bali. From start to finish, I cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality - nothing was too much trouble, regardless of the time. They were the most welcoming and friendliest hosts I’ve met. We had floating breakfast and a lovely flower pool made for us on the day we arrived. I would definitely come back and stay again when I visit Bali next!

Very nice property with all amenities .staff ayu was also very helpful .had a great stay would definitely recommed this property to my friends and relatives .shopping market was also nearby to our hotel

Good hotel but poor maintenance… you couldn’t use the shower cause the water is too hot and the tap adjuster is not working.. trying to call staff to fix it but no engineer available and we must wait a hour or maybe more till they said they can not do nothing.. really unbelievable … we have no choice, we took shower at the pool.. really sad..

What a lovely place! Positioned on a lane which is not simple to find but not impossible. The 2 person apartments are of a high standard with an enclosed bedroom but, open kitchen and dining area beside a very pleasant pool. A bathroom and shower are is also al-fresco but discrete. The whole area is hidden behind high walls providing privacy. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. The site is quiet despite being very close to 24 hour bars and restaurants. I would certainly return.

Wish we could have stayed longer.
