Hotel is near shopping center near beach. Hotel is well maintained even though not very new. Need to chase for face towels for 2 days even they cleaned and tidied up my room and provided shower towels only. Encountered and experienced digital lock failure and was locked out until staff used their computer to open the room door. Took 1 day for them to replace the digital door lock. Breakfast buffet were pretty good though. The hotel has 2 nice swimming pools too

The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and the staff's genuine care for their guests made it an unforgettable experience. We were very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay here again. For the price we paid it was above what I expected. And included breakfast, which was a great breakfast and staff were wonderful. Easy to get to everything. Short walk to the beach and discovery mall.

Place needs updated.staff really helpful friendly. Need more sun shades around pool only 2

Great location/ staffs/ cleaning

The hotel is at superb location, walking distance to Kuta Beach and the Shopping Malls. Had a greatcacation, the staff are helpful to give tour package info, arrived late night but the next day we goto Penida Island exploration. The breakfast is great with a variety of dishes, croissants are best, soft, munchy.😘 nice stay in room too.

Hotel is ok.... The road to hotel is little bit congested but inside the room is ok

Good for short stays. Basic hotel near amenities. walking distance to beach walk mall and food.
