resort looked empty but they give us a villa quite right inside. breakfast was good. villa looked a bit run down. air con was only 1 area so it was very hot so had to request a fan but they were unhappy and didn't want to give but after much persuasion they brought from another room which says that it was hot, lot of mosquitoes and lizards. TV was placed in an awkward location that it was blocked by our bed which was so difficult to watch. not much channels so i guess that they need to upgrade

Resort was perfect. Really was.
Beautiful pools, forest, rooms, massage was good and everything was romantic and suitable for couple.

The stuff was nice. But the wall was too thin and I could hear the talk in the next villa clearly until the midnight.

It is a good place to relax while staying at the resort.
The staff's active response and service are impressive.
However, it is far from the main street of Ubud, and the water condition is not good.
There are not many guests, so it is not crowded and you can stay quietly.
