The location is perfect, the breakfast is bored. But the facilities are bad. You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. You have no chair in the bathroom. Our hygiene products were on the floor of the bathroom and in the pier wasn't going to put anything. The bathroom box was not clean. I booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance. They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. The hotel is located on the beach street, with a relaxing area that offers excellent views. The heated pool is small and the jacuzzis were not available. The room is spacious and the shower provides a pleasant bathroom. Breakfast features many items and has regular rest; table items are quickly removed. Payment parking (like almost all hotels in the city). It is possible to walk to the central Avenue or the north point.

The staff were wonderful, from the manubrist to the cook at breakfast, and the room was very comfortable, with a hot shower, because there was nothing to wait for water was already hot. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at the HGI Itajai. The hotel’s conveniently located near Brava Beach (we walked to it Sunday) and Balneario Camboriu. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the room was large and comfortable. I really liked the firm mattress and lots of large pillows.

I had my room invaded while we were sleeping at 8 a.m. and our property was stolen! That's right, they entered the room and stole without any lockdown!
