客房服務有一天沒有提供洗臉毛巾，在攜程客服的溝通下，後面幾天有了很大的改進。有一天晚上馬桶突然堵住，不過樓層服務人員和維修人員及時來做了疏通，沒有對居住造成影響。總體來説，推荐居住。

The hotel is in a strategic and safe location, close to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. The scenery is beautiful. There are high-end business buildings and historical attractions nearby. It is especially beautiful to walk around at night.
A typical American breakfast with not many varieties. Eggs, bread and fruits are definitely filling. The waiter's attitude is particularly good. Enjoy a free dinner every Wednesday night with a rare green salad, which is a bonus. There is free coffee and hot water in the lobby 24 hours a day, you can use it as needed.
Room service did not provide face towels one day. After communication with Ctrip customer service, there was great improvement in the following days. One night, the toilet suddenly became clogged, but the floor service staff and maintenance staff came to clear it in time, so there was no impact on the residence. Overall, recommended to stay.

The most advanced area in Baltimore, there is a large Starbucks downstairs, the room is spacious and comfortable, the health looks OK, but almost no service, one of the only two elevators often can not swipe the card, and a lot of time wasted during the first floor waiting. Breakfast is basic (nothing to complain about, because the other three stops of the trip to the United States did not provide breakfast), very close to the son's apartment, and his school is not far away, the location is excellent, you can walk to the inner port here, there are many restaurants around.
