I stay 4 days 3 nights, all good for day 1 & days 2, unfortunately on 3 night, when i reach hotel room at 10pm, my room was not make up, so they speed up immediately. The manager of the hotel is super nice, she come to apologies, even allow us for a very late check out time for tomorrow, since our flight in at night. Even the make up room lady apologies too. Beside that the hotel buffet breakfast is super super good.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay memorable. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and restaurants.Also, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options to start the day.The pool and spa facilities were well-maintained and relaxing.

The location is so good and convenient to have BTS and airport line for transportation, and also there is an after-you dessert store and a turtle store when you are just from the BTS entry to the Hotel

Easy to get to from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Two swimming pools are very inviting, and the views of Bangkok will take your breath away.
We will certainly stay here again on our future visits

Good location with bts and airport train near by (link bridge walk way) house keeping doing a good job, they even fold our dirty clothes where we place on the sofa. Breakfast does not change much of my 3 days. But the vibe are good.

The hotel is located just next to the Phayathai BTS and MRT. Just cross the connected bridge, and you'll get it in a min. The hotel is wonderful, it's clean, new and cozy! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I made a special request with the hotel to prepare a surprise gift for my family. They responded very well, and it made the occasion memorable. The hotel room view is open and bright city view. Very well 5 star hotel recommended for any traveler. Definitely would book again for next time!
