The receptionist was kind and gentlemanly. The rooms without windows are dark and claustrophobic, so I recommend a room with a view. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest convenience store.

The entrance was dark and gloomy. No one welcomed me. After checking in, I went into the room and it was stuffy and smelled musty because there was no ventilation. The room structure was also different from the photo. When I tried to open the window, there were only windows facing the hallway, and none of them opened. I asked to change the room, but they refused. Since I personally cannot stay in a closed space, I asked for a partial refund of the 3 nights, but they refused. I also complained to Trip.com, but they said that although the window is covered with blinds in the room photo, there is no guarantee or obligation to notify that it opens. Isn't it hard to think that there is no window that opens in a king-bed studio? If there is, shouldn't it be obvious that it is a closed room? However, all Trip.com could do was ask for a refund instead, and the accommodation refused as expected. I decided to just throw away the 3-night stay fee and time, and made a difficult reservation for another accommodation in the lobby. The staff didn't help me even once while I was moving two suitcases and two bags by myself. The receptionist had a bright smile, but no mercy. Trip.com and the property are both the worst.

The location is good, it's quiet and nice. The room and living room are spacious, so it's convenient.

建物は古そうだが、清潔で広い部屋 日中は部屋で仕事したくWi-Fi環境があるところを選びました。ビデオ会議では不安定な時もありましたがおおむね良好。レジデンシャルなので必要なものは持ち込みということなのか、ハンガーは一本もなかった。タオルは清潔感あるものが備え付けられていた。洗濯機はあったので洗濯したあとフロントで頼み干してもらいました。スタッフはとても親切です。BTSからは少し歩きますが、気にならないのであれば静かで良い。
