Right off airport rail final station, hotel is exceptionally clean and nicely decorated, room is huge and staffs are helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay there again.

The service here was great! I left a personal belonging at their restaurant at Level 22, and messaged them via the Eastin Hotel app. I got a near immediate respond and they managed to find my item for me.
The location of the hotel is great too! It has a direct link bridge to Phaya Thai station, which incidentally has a direct route to the airport as well.

Everything is perfect but, the bed is a bit soft for me personally, which makes my bone a bit sore after wake up.
Location is good, service is good, hygiene is good. Will recommend my fds to come!

The hotel is just next to Phaya Thai BTS station, airport link from BKK airport to hotel is only 30 minutes, we stayed this hotel to celebrate our 31's wedding anniversary, hotel has arranged a cake and small gift for us. Our check in is at the 22/F., executive floor. All the lobby staff, room services staff and F&B staffs are very nice. We can choose to have breakfast at 22/F., or 5/F., The Market and the foods are delicious. They also got 2 nice swimming pool, 22/F., and 37/F. The spa and Gym is wonderful. Make sure you book the Deluxe Room as they have bathtub and shower. The One bedroom suite has shower only.

Excellent hotel with great location, airport express less than 30 mins, famous coffee shop * coffee factory * just opposite the hotel walking distance in 5 mins, the swimming pool & breakfast buffet was superb. Will definitely recommend to friends to stay there

Beautiful new hotel. Great staff. Breakfast I was fantastic. So many options to choose from. Great location, super handy. Easy access to train station - literally across the walkway. Easy to get to and from the airport. - both international and Domestic. Great stay. Would definitely return during any stay in Bangkok

The hotel was beautiful, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, with many European and Asian foods, and the staff was accommodating. The location is strategic if you want to explore the modern part of Bangkok - shopping centers, etc. - with easy access to the Skytrain. The swimming pools on the 22nd and 37th floors have amazing views. I had an enjoyable experience.

Brand new hotel, amazing pools and view over Bangkok. One of the greatest breakfast buffets I have ever had in a hotel. Great and lovely staff and the rooms are beautiful as well. Direct connection to BTS and Airport Rail Link is great as well. Fastest way is via 1st floor after the retail stores, direct bridge to the train station.

This hotel has probably the best services in Bangkok. Great value for money. From the moment we got off the taxi, up to the moment we got our room key, the people who served us were friendly, helpful and professional. Because of the room type we chose, we did the check in on the executive lounge floor and had complimentary snacks and drinks while we waited for the room. That’s also the same floor where we had our breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located. You can use walk to the Phaya Thai BTS station using the hotel’s footbridge. From that station you can take the airport rail which can take you to the new Bangkok airport. Our room was new and clean. There was a tin of After You pineapple cookies as a gift for us in the room. Everything in the mini bar was free to consume. The pools of the hotel were cool but I preferred the one on the executive lounge floor. Great if you want some IG photos. Overall, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely recommend it to both business and couple travellers.
