Excellent location. A very new hotel. Very spacious and comfortable room with an expansive view from a high level. The buffet breakfast had an enormous choice and everything was very tasty. There are two swimming pools to choose from, both with amazing views. This hotel is directly connected to the Phaya Thai BTS station via a footbridge. So if you take the Airport Train, you basically get off at Phaya Thai without needing to change any stops, and can walk directly to the hotel. The service was top notch and I love the app controlled room service. I definitely recommend this for couples and business trip visitors.

I had a wonderful stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is modern, elegant, and immaculately clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms that make it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. One of the standout features is the hotel’s excellent gym, which is well-equipped and perfect for maintaining a workout routine while travelling. The swimming pool is equally impressive — beautifully designed and a great place to unwind while enjoying city views. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the Airport Rail Link, allowing seamless and stress-free travel to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Combined with the superb facilities, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service, this hotel offers an exceptional stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok and would happily stay here again. P/s not forget to mention there is after you dessert just right beside the hotel with a connecting bridge!

The hotel is located right on the train to the airport. The room was big, very clean and had a great view from the 31st floor we stayed in. The king size bad was just perfect. The facilities including two swimming pools, spa, launch and much more. The breakfast was fascinating and the staff were extremely hospitalized.

Fantastic hotel! The breakfast was great, with a good variety of dishes that changed daily, in addition to some consistent staples. Soy milk, miso soup, mini fried dough sticks, and plain congee were available every day. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I couldn't hear any motorbike noise. The location is superb! It's perfect for first-time visitors to Thailand like me. The BTS (Skytrain) seems to have very few elevators, so staying here saved me from lugging my luggage up and down stairs. The staff were very service-minded! Thank you for the birthday cake!

Cannot fault our stay. Really good location. Right next to BTS and only 35mins train ride to the airport. Hotel is very grand and clean. Hotel pools are excellent and beautiful. Buffet breakfast is incredible, almost too many options! Will come back and stay.

The hotel's location is convenient; you can take the BTS directly from the airport to the hotel. The pool view is fantastic, and the sunset is beautiful 🌇. I'll definitely choose Eastin again next time I visit Bangkok 😃

This hotel is incredibly comfortable and convenient. You can take the BTS Skytrain directly from the airport and access the hotel lobby via a skywalk without even needing to go to ground level, which completely bypasses Bangkok's notorious traffic. The service is superb, and it's easy to get anywhere from here. The two pools offer nice views. We alternated between the restaurants on the 5th and 22nd floors. The food at the restaurants is truly amazing and there's so much variety, we couldn't try everything. Plus, the executive floor offers complimentary laundry service!
