The room is great! The swimming pools are amazing! View is very nice ! All the service is great. Very convenience to access the the airport rail. No stairs could arrive in 5 mins .

The swimming pool is good at 22 floor. It is suitable for both family and couples staying. Besides breakfast is tasty and worldwide for different foreigners with different countries.

This is the 3rd time staying at this hotel. It's convenient with airport rail link n bts. I have OCD but this hotel is very clean and I slept v well during all my stay. Breakfast spread can hv more variety as it's getting bored from 2nd day onwards. Staff are very friendly and smiley. Highly recommended this hotel! I will only stay this hotel.

This marks the fourth time that my friend and I have chosen Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai as our accommodation in the area.
Throughout our stays, we have consistently enjoyed a pleasant and memorable experience at your hotel. The warm and welcoming demeanor of your staff members from the moment of check-in has always left a positive impression on us. The convenient location as well as the exquisite amenities such as the infinity pool and gym have always been key factors in our decision to return to your establishment.
The breakfast provided at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai has never failed to impress us. The diverse selection of cuisines and the abundance of choices available have truly made our mornings delightful.
However, I would like to bring to your attention two minor issues that we encountered during our recent stay. Firstly, upon entering our room, we noticed a peculiar odor near the entrance, which we suspect may have originated from the air conditioning unit. This was a first-time occurrence for us, and we hope that the necessary measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
Secondly, we were taken aback when we realized that the bathrobes and small towels we had used on our first night were not replaced by the housekeeping staff. In our previous stays, we consistently received fresh bathrobes and towels on a daily basis, and we were surprised by this oversight during our most recent visit.
Despite these minor setbacks, we would like to emphasize that the overall experience at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai remains commendable, and we would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to others seeking accommodation in the area.

Easy access from the BTS and from the airport. Linked bridge from all the way from Airport Railway to Level 1 of Hotel. Check in and check out was easy and there is an app to order in room necessities if required.
Ordered a few grab orders and was delivered to my room! Amazing service and would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in BKK!

I stay 4 days 3 nights, all good for day 1 & days 2, unfortunately on 3 night, when i reach hotel room at 10pm, my room was not make up, so they speed up immediately. The manager of the hotel is super nice, she come to apologies, even allow us for a very late check out time for tomorrow, since our flight in at night. Even the make up room lady apologies too. Beside that the hotel buffet breakfast is super super good.
