Good location which is just right next to the BTS Ploenchit Station, which is 2 stops from Siam, or Asok in the opposit direction.
The room is spacious and clean. Many TV channels are provided and WIFi connection is good.
Staff is friendly and eager to serve the customers.
There is a smaller swimming pool and 24H gym.
But interestingly, the pool was not crowded at all.
The breakfast was delicious and many viarities were provided during my stay.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who loves travelling with BTS, and

Great location right next to BTS Station in a good neighbourhood. Rooms were well-maintained, although a little basic and showing some age. The decor and atmosphere were like an average business hotel, but with a decent pool and gym. Recommend staying here if you would like a central location in Bangkok with clean rooms for a reasonable price. There was a bar with live music at night.

Check-in was smooth...duty manager very polite and friendly and patient to explain the charges and deposit....However upon reaching out room...the door was not responding no matter how many times we scan our key card....thus we have to make another trip to the counter again to rectify this problem....so the manager have to prepare us to another room...this should not be happening in 4stars hotel...but still we are happy with our stay.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view. Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options. The location was peaceful but still close to major attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury and relaxation.

It was a great experience staying in Four Points. The hotel was conveniently located near the BTS and also a 7-11 which i got plenty of supper meals from. Staff was nice and the room was promptly made everyday too.

Thank you Four Points by Sheraton, it was a great pleasure to be staying my 5 Days 4 Nights with you. Upon arrival staff is very friendly and professional, the service I received is excellent. The first person to handle my check-in was Moddy, together with Nuuk and Aimmy, at the reception. My check-in process was fast and efficient. Throughout my stay, it was fantastic, the room service attendant who make my room made my day. For the remaining two nights, I just want to use this feedback as a way of gesture to thank you to the amazing staff who made my week here feel home. Thank you.
