Enjoyed my stay greatly at the hotel! Check in was smooth and efficient. Staff were very helpful and friendly too. Although we were allocated a smoking permitted room, the cigarette odour wasn't too apparent in the room. Room was spacious and generally clean. The full length window also let in plenty of natural sunlight which made the room bright and pleasant. Bed was comfortable as well. 2 pillows were provided (1 soft, 1 firm) but both were kinda too soft and thin for my liking, although my friend thought that it was very comfortable haha so I suppose it's really up to individual preference. One downside however was that the room air was kinda dry so a humidifier would be great. Breakfast was delightful and the staff there were very efficient in clearing up tables and helpful in assiting when requested. Food was delicious too. The location is fantastic. Minutes walk to mbk, siam discovery etc. Walkable to centralworld and big c too via the walkway.

Conveniently situated near the BTS Station and Siam Paragon, but requires correction of the Qibla direction provided as it is not accurate.

Good location, just 5-10 mins walk to MBK centre Staffs are friendly and helpful But the hotel itself a bit old, especially the toilet, even the hang are shaking when you hanging towel

Holiday Inn never surprises you. But unluckily, our room had extreme odor of smoke... Nothing to blame about the service but the room itself had such odor absorbed for long time. Good location and various types of buffet breakfast. Good thing was there is Macdonald's at the first floor and convenient to grab some.

Cleanliness of the room could be more better as there are small cockroaches in the room during our 5 days stay. Air conditioning in the room was poor as we woke up in the middle of the night sweating, despite the hotel technician came and look at the unit. Breakfast was average. Location is good as it is situated near to National Stadium BTS and within main shopping areas.

Happy with my 4D3N stay at 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙄𝙣𝙣 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙎𝙞𝙖𝙢. ✔ Superb location with major shopping malls like MBK, Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon, etc within walking distance. ✔ 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙪𝙢 𝘽𝙏𝙎 station just right in front of the hotel. ✔ Free airport to hotel airport transfer offered by 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙥.𝙘𝙤𝙢 ✔ 𝙈𝙘𝘿𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙙'𝙨 located just below the hotel linked to the hotel lobby. ✔ 7-11 convenient stores nearby. ✔ Super friendly front desk staff that are all out to please, going the extra smile with value-added services such as taxi booking, printing of boarding pass, massage centre reservations, etc. ✔ Breakfast is included with decent buffet spread. Overall a very satisfied stay and I won’t hesitate to recommend 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙄𝙣𝙣 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙎𝙞𝙖𝙢 to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Hotel was accessible and near bts national stadium. Staff were very accomodating and the airport transfer at the lonby is cheaper than booking online.

Location very near BTS. Room size is spacious with necessary items included. Service is good and meet the request. Breakfast quality is better than expected for this charge.

room was average, not very big and clean. pillows were too soft even though it was labeled firm .. lobby was pretty small area. food was bad, we expected better breakfast for the branding of the hotel.. can skip breakfast for better local food outside. Near to national stadium bts and mbk, siam malls, that’s the good part about it. but far from pratunam area.

Room was clean and location of the hotel is a plus point as it near to National Stadium BTS stations.

Excellent hotel at great location, next to stadium BTS which is less than 5 min walk away…easy to explore all of Thailand via the BTS including the famous Factory Coffee, Platinum Mall, MBK, Siam Paragon just to mention a few :) Opportunities are endless. Will definitely be back.

No complaint except their air conditional at breakfast place are super cold 🥶🥶🥶 Room are comfortable, bed are super nice. I love their pillow so much 😍😍😍

Decent clean hotel with adequate amenities and free breakfast near National Stadium BTS. They were able to fulfill most of my request during check-in with a big nice smile. Water pressure in shower is strong too.
