Amazing location which is walking distance to phrom phom bts station which is home to emquartier, EMSPHERE and emporium(food and shopping heaven)
However I must say this hotel is really very ancient
It’s like from the 80’s
Targeted for old Japanese gold players, this hotel has not undergo any renovation since! Many old Japanese visitors there
Room is big though for this price but the air con is so dirty(I saw lots of dirt inside which completely compel me!) and even the mirrors are mouldy
Breakfast is really basic, service is basic too but for this price I think it’s a good deal
I’m gonna try Mercury hotel next time which I think it’s slightly more and much newer and even closer to bts than Hope Land

Although some rooms have been refreshed it remains an old complex even after a self upgrade it was dark, the original room beyond gloomy with the outside facade obscuring the window. A good pool and gym but there are better hotels around.

I often stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean, professional, the staff is friendly, the area is quiet and safe, and the price is fair.

Hotel hotel was very clean. Room also was very spacious. The location near to the city center. You can easily get a food here. But for a muslim traveller, need to go further to get a halal food. Overall im very satisfied with the hotel. Recommended.

It’s good location, the room quite big, only 10 minutes walks to Emquartier, also hotel provided the shuttle bus, hotel staff is really nice. Even the hotel is not so new but could consider to stay here because of the location.

The room smells like cigarettes which is utterly disgusting. The hotel looks like it's from a 1970s horror movie. There is no shower only a bath with a shower head you need to sit down to use. Walls are thin and I can hear sex at night. No amenities to brag about. The pool is ancient as well.
Staff are nice enough but not really service orientated.
It's in a good location but badly needs a renovation.

The rooms allotted by the Hotel whenever booked on Trip.com are the dingy,unkempt rooms.If that’s the case then there’s no point in booking on trip.com
