I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's in a very convenient location, only a 5-minute walk to BITEC. The reception staff were extremely polite and kind. However, one downside is that since the hotel is situated under a bridge, you can occasionally feel the bed shaking.

Near Bang Na BTS station. The room is clean and staffs are helpful and friendly. Recommended!

Decent location if you are heading to the convention halls

The hotel is very close to BITEC, walking distance, convenient. But it is located near the road, so there is loud noise from the road. You can choose a higher room type to be on the other side if you don't want to hear loud noise from the car.

I have been a member of trip.com for 1 year and it was perhaps the best hotel I found on trip.com. The receptionist lady was so attentive and smiling that we were extremely satisfied. The rooms are CLEAN. The hotel has a very modern and stylish appearance. The location is very central. It is 10 minutes walking distance to the shopping malls. Also the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The air conditioner was placed in the right place and we were not disturbed by the cold. So I can definitely say it is better than many 4-5 star hotels. I definitely recommend it.

The room is not very big, but very clean. The hotel staff is very good. The hotel is next to the elevated road, and I can really feel the bed vibrating when a large car passes by. However, the window soundproofing is OK, and it is very quiet when the window is closed.

It's a 5-minute walk to the exhibition hall, but there's a subway road next to it, and the beds are shaky. Cleaning is done every day. No tipping required!
