My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly! Love it 😊

The staff were great from check in to housekeeping, concierge...
The room was very comfortable and well kept. Amenities are very basic and you would have to request toothbrush and slippers. They are not readily available in the room.
If your a female and need conditioner for your hair, i would recommend bringing your own as they only have shower gel and shampoo. The hair grts pretty dry after the wash. Otherwise, i enjoyed my short stay.

Good location. Good service. But terrible noise isolation. Also the hotel is very popular with a particular demographic with bad behavior (see picture) and they don’t really do much about it.
They’re always being loud, bringing in a ton of food and eating it in the lobby, taking their sandals/shoes off like it’s the pool side, smoking right outside the main entrance. They really need to enforcement to stop these behavior ruining the hotel.

Smooth check in and out experience.
Hotel seems new.
I'm impressed with the co working area which is good for short business meeting and the open hangars (not typical wardrobe) - practical!
The breakfast spread was varied and cozy decorations and layout.
Location is superb. Shopping malls nearby, plenty of massage places and 7 Eleven just downstairs!

No hair dryer No any amenities kit in the room (upon request) but there is iron🙂.
However location is good near PhromPhong BTS Skytrain / Shopping Mall

Perfect location nearby EmQuartier and Phlom Phrong BTS. Minutes to all eateries and transportation. Hotel stay was lovely. Amazing view on the 28th Floor.
