It is highly not recommended. The room is listed as 32 square meters, but it actually doesn’t even feel like 20. I also booked the Alex Hotel next to him, which is 35 square meters and feels twice as big. Moreover, the curtains in the room did not reach the top. Hotel location is good if you come to admit in bangkok hospital. otherwise it is far from BTS , MRT and shopping places. We stayed there for a week to get medical checkup at bangkok hospital. The overall service of hotel is not bad except for the receptionist guy at night. He is not helpful whenever we ask for the hotel requirements. Also he once treated my sister disrespecting when she asked for the weight scale. He has no right to insult her verbally in-front of other guests. We are really disappointed. The other receptionist girls are helpful and polite. Housekeeping is also good. We hope the hotel can fix or well train that receptionist guy for future.
