Have stayed here multiple times, it's really value for money as its so near Nana station and lots of convenient shop and street food right infront. The price is very reasonable and would do great for just any transit night stay even. Only timing is wall is quite thin and can hear the loud street notice or vehicles. Amenities are well prepared just need to request from the front desk.

One of my favourite hotel when im travelling to bangkok alone, super convenient and friendly staff. Served by Amp during the check in and she is just too amazing.

I stayed at lyf Sukhumvit 8 for a short city break and appreciated how convenient the location was — right by BTS Nana, with lots of food and coffee options nearby.
The room was compact but clean and well-designed. I was able to arrange both early check-in and late check-out easily, which made my travel timing a lot smoother.
Staff were polite. Great choice for solo travelers or digital nomads looking for a functional and central base in Bangkok.

All Goes Well But There’s No Television In Room & 500 Baht Everyday For A TV Is A Mockery With The Hotel Guest.

As an ASR member, I’d have to say this is the worst place I’ve stayed under the ASR umbrella. I wasn’t expecting the room not to have a TV. Not much privacy when showering and using the toilet. I had to leave the room whenever my wife had to use the toilet. The front patio area is rented out to another bar from across the street from 4pm to 5am EVERYDAY. You can’t just sit outside and people watch without being harassed by this impolite lady to buy her poor quality and overpriced beverages. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families. I won’t stay here again.
