See some improvements on the interiors as compared previously. Good location with day/ night markets. Walkable distance to 4 Face Buddha (15-20 mins) & Big C

The experience was amazing ! The room was quite big and spacious. However the gym wasn't completely working most of the equipments are broken and its hot . The staffs are friendly and respectful! Thumbs up for the location , its very convenient because its just infront of the market and there's a lot to see for shopping . Me and husband have fun and i ask if they hve a room same floor with my friend and the FO helped us to stay next to our room . Which means a lot to us , we enjoyed everything!

Got back after a whole day of shopping, housekeeping threw away my Havaianas, did not replace or compensate. AC only gets cold if left all day running, otherwise prepare to sleep super warm. Everything is old, all amenities squeaky, tiles dirty. 5 star location though for shopping and food, also huge cut rooms perfect size. Also housekeeping doesn't appear to clean room well. Overall wouldn't book again.

Bidet broken Room design like old design and not good Big room is ok but the room looks having a ghost hahahah

Very spacious rooms but all furniture broken and washroom and bathroom are very bad to use. View is very nice from the room but toilet is too bad. There were earthworms there.

Hotel location is convenient in front of the hotel. Breakfast small variety compare to Sky hotel. Housekeeping forced me to wait 1 hour for my towel as they took towels during housekeeping and didn't return. I need to call reception but the reception asked me to call back housekeeping. Have an unpleasant stay here.

Large room aircon is noisy.breakfast is normal but for me ok.location is nice place

Although the price is cheap, the hotel cleanliness and conditions are very bad but the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Check in was slow. Demanded cash deposit at arrival in the era of online banking . Room keys wouldn’t work easily . Location is excellent. Breakfast was good!
