Baiyoke Suite Hotel Reviews

A short walk from the taller more famous Baiyoke Sky Hotel, this sister hotel suites are more affordable and can use the same hotel shuttles bookable from reception. Though my room has some problems ( such as room phone not working, door cannot open), the service staff came to rectify. I had not wanted staff to come into room (housekeeping) after I extended another night. But they came and cleared rubbish from bin, restock drinking water ect. Hopefully, I trust nothing important was taken, except my used plastic box which I thought of reusing, but cleaner discarded, thinking it as single-use disposable bec it was not well cleaned by me.

Very near to shopping area.staff are great.recommended to all.big rooms

Excellent buffet breakfast on 43th floor lounge with city view at sunrise. Love the location, rooms are spacious. Overall price is reasonable. Easy to access pratunam area.

I is not cleaning enough bedbugs are there and how is will be clean for future

Location is great as it is in Patrunam. Outside the hotel, there are lots of stores and sellers. Night market was fun, except for the times it rained. But the hotel can be improved. When we checked in, our room smelled like cigarette. They gave us a smoking room but we did not bother to transfer anymore since we had to go to city tour. The tiles and walls need re-grout and paint. The sofa can be cleaned better as well. Toilet is too close to the wall, bath tub is small. The breakfast was ok. Hotel staff was superb and helpful. Room is very spacious. Overall, it was a good stay. Photo is our extra bed. Was not able to take picture of whole room.

Convenient for shopping and other surroundings. Stayed here many times as the rates are very reasonable. Very out dates hotel. However the breakfast never changes. They serve the same menu everyday. When you stay for a period of 5 days as we do you don't feel like having breakfast after 2-3 days. AC in the room we stayed were very noisy. It was rattling and making all sorts of noises. A quite big refurbishment is necessary. Check - in was quick and and we checked in early for a fare extra price. However there was no response from the hotel when I emailed them to inform the early check in. Finally I had to get a local to contact them and confirm my early check in. Staff not so friendly, but OK... Overall value for money and very convenient if you go for shopping. Need some improvements and refurbishments.

Should increase in breakfast verities And should give fresh juice not powder juice

So deppresed.the Aircon is too hot and we need to change the another room.the wifi is hard to connect and if you connect it’s too slow connection.its very old hotel

PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE. The staff lady was super rude. I told her that I wrote them almost a month ago and never heard back. They have a really terrible communication. She argued and yell and keep saying if I want to write to the manger. They have a room to improve the cleanliness and rooms itself. Charged us extra 2100 bhat for double occupancy The mattress are so hard The towels are dirty The breakfast was also bad. There are only stairs to the elevator The only selling point is the location. But if you don’t wanna live right in the night market, this is not for you. Route to airport link and BTS are dirty and crowded

Room is huge, like a junior suite. Unfortunately everything else is old. Wall paper is falling off, towel fringe is tearing & hard, no wardrobe, no safe, old & small tv, toilet bowl is small, etc. Not worth the price or value. Will not book again.

If you looking somewhere to stay for shopping this is the best one, just 1 step away you will see all market from early morning till late night. The hotel bit old but the room is massive! Will stay again all time!
