The restaurant is not clean with small rats & cockroaches. Choices of food is limited. The staff there is reluctant to cook omelets & put the omelets on the dirty plate even I told her the plate is dirty. However, The bell boys are great, really helpful & didn’t just want to get tips. I stayed in Tower 1, I told the reception on day 2 that the drainage of the shower area are stuck , flooding. But they didn’t solve the problem for the 8 days I stayed. I’m so disappointed. Shower is not power enough. Shower jel, shampoo is too little. I used the glass & put on the coffee table and they never put the new one to me. The tissue in the tissue box is used up & they didn’t refill & just leave it empty.

Room have enough space and amenities. Staff are kind and able to communicate in both English and Chinese. Price are acceptable. Location are so so not far from airport to go others place you have to go by taxi.

Good place to stay just far from the center but other than that it's good stay🤩

Room are spacious,clean and the staff are very friendly.room also very comfy.

Bed is comfy, room is basic and clean. Beautiful lobby, some facilities a bit dated. Breakfast can be scanty and not refilled enough, although still able to eat simple fare. All across staff are very attentive and helpful, plus point for this. For pricing, acceptable and considered affordable.

This is my second stay. Overall, I feel good. The room has a small balcony so you can smoke.

The hotel has 3 buildings. As soon as you step into the hotel, you will smell the fragrance. The room is good and clean. The bedding is clean. The bed is good. There are 4 pillows. The air conditioner is very cold. But the water pressure is not strong and the water is not very warm.
