The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioner was leaking upon arrival, but the staff promptly moved me to another room. I also received complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies in the lobby.

The price is cheap, and the hotel is clean and hygienic. It's located on a street parallel to Central World, just a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Right across the sky bridge from the hotel, there are many massage shops with cheap prices and great service. There are also many eateries nearby. It's truly a great deal to find such an affordable hotel in the city center. However, the hotel lobby and elevators are separate, and there are stairs next to them that guests can use to go up. This makes me a little concerned about security, worrying that strangers might easily come up.

There's a woman in her 50s at the front desk of this hotel who specifically targets Chinese guests, thinking they're rich, foolish, and won't complain, making it easy to extort them. When I checked out, they sent housekeeping to go through my trash, completely disregarding my privacy. They even took photos of my discarded personal items, including underwear. I admit I smoked and ate durian in the room, but I cleaned up thoroughly, there was no smell, and I didn't leave cigarette butts everywhere. They still turned the trash can upside down, dug out durian seeds and cigarette butts, and tried to extort me by refusing to refund my deposit. This hotel has a lot of white guests, and nine out of ten white people smoke. They are very assertive about their rights, so the hotel dares not mess with them. This hotel is a repeat offender; they've definitely extorted Chinese people before. When they were extorting me, a man was collaborating with that b****. That b**** even showed me photos of my trash can, underwear, and durian seeds after rummaging through them. I knew confronting them would only make things worse for me, so I reported them to bloody 'Xiao Cheng' (likely referring to a platform or person for complaints). Also, the room had windows, but the lighting was so dim that I had to do my makeup at a table outside, near the hotel lobby. I even suspect there might be cameras in their rooms. Anyway, after seeing other reviews, I had to expose this. And I checked out exactly at 12 PM, but they didn't even bother to arrange cleaning. This hotel is conveniently located next to a big shopping mall near the Four-Faced Buddha, an area popular with Chinese tourists, so they are repeat offenders who prey on people.

The hotel's location is perfect, right next to my workplace, which makes commuting super easy. There's also a parking lot available. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right at the alley entrance, making it very convenient. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service.

The room didn't have shower gel or shampoo, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working. When I asked the front desk, they told me to go back to my room and restart the router myself. The most alarming thing was that there was a door connecting to the next room, making it extremely noisy. The neighbors were still being loud past 2 AM, and I couldn't tell how many people were in there, but it was incredibly disruptive. Before checking in, I specifically requested a quiet room, but they ended up putting me right next to the elevator. It was so loud.

Every time when I go to Bangkok, I always stay here, prime location easy to walk to BTS, shopping at Platinum mall and also able to walk to Siam paragon. The staff very friendly.

The hotel is in the heart of Bangkok, and easy to get to many popular places. The room is spacious enough for two people, but not very clean. We even found some hair, under the bed right after checking in. The shower is also very strange; there is a bathtub and you have to step into it to take shower since there is no separate showerhead and I have never seen sth like that. Apart from that, we have quality time during our stay.

The hotel's location is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the staff are friendly. I had a satisfactory stay and would choose it again next time. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The room hygiene is very good, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are attentive and thoughtful. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!

Excellent location, hot and strong shower, and a comfortable, clean bed. The only minor issue was that the pillow was a bit too high. Everything else was perfect! Why the low rating?! There must be some bad reviews out there!

it is okay its near with the famous malls of you want to shop everything is walkable. but the hotel looks scary dull and almost like a ******* building but inside room looks luxury

Very disappointing stay. Would not recommend. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The bed had bed bugs, and I was bitten during the night, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and concerning from a hygiene perspective. The hotel itself is very old and run down, clearly lacking proper upkeep. I also encountered cockroaches in the room, which further confirmed the poor cleanliness standards. Most importantly, the actual condition of the hotel is completely different from the photos listed on Trip.com. The images are very misleading and do not reflect the real environment at all. Overall, this stay was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The location was close to siam center. Great if you are planning for a shopping trip. The place is clean and staffs were friendly.

It was great, but I booked it too late and it was expensive.
