Location is far far from the public transport like MRT and BTS lines. Grab taxi and food is easily accessible. Several seven elevens are on walkable distances.
Really clean rooms and corridors of the hotel. Daily housekeeping. Generally nice staff. Basic room but all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay is there for the price paid. Comfortable mattress and pillows, good aircon, hot water can be improved.

I had a good stay with the view residences clean and they have a small gym but the location is too far from the center the staff are nice😊

Service was friendly, the view was actually quite nice and the bed was very comfortable. A bit far from the city centre + the towels and the floor were a little dirty…
Overall a nice stay though!
