Very convenient location. Only a few minutes walk to Terminal 21, BTS and Metro stations. This hotel has 2 buildings. The main building has the restaurant. The other, right opposite to the main building, has the pool. Our room was in the main building where breakfast buffet was. But to use the pool, we had to cross the street. A little inconvenient but it was a very small street.
Breakfast buffet was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size, very clean. The only complaint was the shower was not fully enclosed. Water could easily wet the floor and made it slippery.
Overall, a very good stay.

It is very convenient to have a tuk-tuk shuttle. You can spend many days in Terminal 21. BTS is also very convenient to go to various places.

Good hotel. It's nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done.
The bed was firm, and the pillows were soft
The bathroom was spacious. There is no shower, only a bathtub. The water pressure was excellent, but it was too strong that the bath shower hand would not stay at the proper level
The food is good, and the breakfast is very delicious. I wish I had had juices been natural instead of sugary stuff. Also, more variety of food would have been great.
The staff are just excellent. Really good people.

First impression : overpriced for what it is.
Location and staff are both great!
We paid 700rmb (120 AUD) per night for 3 nights and had just come from another hotel which was approx 400rmb (80 AUD) per night that was much better, cleaner and more modern - worse location though.
When entering the hotel room the first thing we noticed was how old everything was. The AC wasn’t digital or remote controlled. It’s an old dial style controller that looks like it was built in the 80’s.
Breakfast was okay.
The bed and pillows are terribly uncomfortable.
Overall, great staff and amazing location but I wouldn’t pay for this hotel until is was under 350rmb (70 AUD) per night as there are other hotels such as galleria 12, coach, and the quartier that are cheaper and much nicer.
