I travel to Bangkok every year with my football friends, we always stay at this hotel. This year the lobby was under renovation but it didn’t give us much trouble. The pool area is nice and big, the pool is never too crowded. The breakfast is pretty good with many food options and the staff is kind and helpful. The position of the hotel is in the Sukhumvit area but the hotel is in a quiet place. Defines recommended.

Great location. Very friendly staff. The size of the dining area is not very big in comparison to the number of people staying there. Same with the pool area. There is signage in the pool area to not 'save' pool chairs unless you are there, but there were always a few chairs with towels and hats on them for at least an hour before their owners turned up. The room service staff were the best!

It's a bit far from the BTS station (15-minute walk). It was especially hard to get to the entrance when we were with our luggage, because the road to the hotel (180m-long I guess?) was full of ups and downs (many one-step blocks).
The staff were nice, the rooms were clean. Buffet breakfast food was good. Just I didn't expect the hotel was that old. It is under innovations. No sound annoyed me though. Overall speaking, I enjoyed the stay.

It's a good price for that hotel. The lobby is nice and the stuff are generally kind.
The old problem is that I found cockroaches in my bed and he air conditioner wasn't working properly so I had to call technicians in the middle of the night.
The breakfast is honestly very good!
