a great hotel in bangkok. do not be put off by the small number of reviews - there is a reason they are all 5 star! location: located in a very Thai area - not a lot of tourists which we were looking for. the main street is lined with authentic thai food stalls and massage places - the $3 pad thai was our breakfast every day. the Sena Fest mall is a short walk away and has a full supermarket too. use the app Grab to get around (thai version of Uber) - big tourist attractions are a short drive away. the hotel is right on the river which you can see from the pool. beautiful views! staff: the staff were faultless - all lovely and offered to help us at every opportunity. we were driven around in a golf cart which was very convenient. room: lovely room, stunning bathroom, everything worked as it should. note that there is no safe in the room but many drawers and shelves. would recommend a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. everything is very very clean. could not fault it. hotel: such a beautiful hotel. it looks exactly like the photos if not better. the pool is great and very clean. we loved our experience and will be back. as check in is at 2pm we left our bags at reception until the room was ready - very safe. if you want a dinner close by, Rim’s Rooftop Bar is a 50m walk and was amazing!

My stay was great. The facilities were clean and the amenities were wonderful, especially the spa. All the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming as well. The breakfast was delicious, but options for vegetarians/vegans are few. Overall it was a great experience, but the real gem is definitely the charming concierge Coco. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, and our time in Bangkok unforgettable. He gave us great recommendations, went above and beyond to help us navigate the city, and also helped us arrange spa activities and laundry towards the end of our trip. My friend and I could truly relax and have a proper vacation thanks to Coco ＜3 Will be back!

I stayed at this hotel twice in September 2011. The hotel is newly opened, very clean, beautiful and modern. I have lived in two suites - modern suites and corner suites. Both rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated and are worth recommending. All suites have separate bedrooms, living rooms with kitchen (with microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle and all kitchenware), bathroom with shower, and a small balcony. The only difference is that the corner suite has two large windows and two TVs - one in the living room and the other in the bedroom (so it is more comfortable). The staff is very welcoming and friendly and always take the time to ask about the customer’s situation. Breakfast is simple but delicious and smile service. The hotel's Premier Lounge also offers homemade baked food and drinks from 5.30 to 7.30 in the afternoon. The pool is not too big, but it looks good, especially at night (open until 9pm). You can enjoy it alone almost all the time. The hotel also has a small fitness center with complete facilities. Hotel location is good for sightseeing and business trips - to the station (Krung Thonburi station), the Chao Phraya River and the pier only 5 minutes walk. It is very convenient to enter the city and to all famous attractions. I would like to thank all the staff for making our (honeymoon trip) very pleasant. We will definitely come again.

If you’re looking for a place in Bangkok that’s chic, comfortable and convenient, you HAVE to stay at Cascade. All staff were incredibly friendly, beds were clean and comfy, and the design of everything from the bathroom, bedroom and lobby were incredibly modern. It was a short cab ride away to the best massage I’ve ever received and the coolest mall I’ve ever seen, plus the sky train is just a short walk away and that’ll take you anywhere. Not to mention the hotel coffee shop is DELICIOUS (I couldn’t stop eating their pastries or drinking their coffee after a long flight) and the pool, featuring a cascading waterfall (true to its name) was the perfect place to cool off in the Thai heat. I need to book my next trip to Thailand STAT just to stay at Cascade again
