Hotel is in a Beautiful older home, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The included breakfast at the restaurant next door was delicious! Good location by the waterfall and hot springs, walking distance to everything. I would go again!

This is an amazing hotel in Baños! It is an old mansion that has been carefully remodeled. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and comfortable! We loved it and will definitely be back. The staff (Caio, Carla, and Jose) is very friendly and the restaurant is excellent! We had wonderful meals there. The location is fantastic. I totally recommend this place!

Beautiful hotel wonderful service. Friendly staff who are always willing to help you get around town. Baños is quite easy to navigate on foot. Plenty of things to do with children and not with children. I would recommend this comfy hotel to anyone who wishes to go to this magical place.

We stayed at the 593 Hotel in Quito and then booked 2 nights here in Baños. In both places you get the treat you paid for. Great comfortable beds, a good shower, fast wifi and incredible breakfast. The hotel rooms are clean and the location is only a couple of blocks away from the main park however it’s far enough from all the nightlife noise. Definitely the best place to stay in Baños.

El hotel tiene buenas habitaciones cómodas y limpias, con camas muy grandes. La comida es rica y variada, con opciones para todos los gustos. Tiene un trampolín demasiado suave y perfecto para saltar y es lugar perfecto para descansar y ponerte cómodo.

Me encantó el lugar, la hospitalidad de los trabajadores fue excelente, supieron acogernos de manera alegre y muy amigable. Sin duda Volvería al lugar nuevamente! Vine con mis amigos y pareja y a todos nos gustó mucho el lugar, además de que sus instalaciones son hermosas.

Confortable habitación con cama grande, baño amplio y cómodo, excelente atención, opciones de desayuno exquisitas. Excelente ubicación sin ruido pero cerca a la zona de entretenimiento , la atención muy amable buen lugar de estacionamiento ,cerca hay muchos lugares de comida simplemente un ligar encantador
