Evelina Palace Hotel

"We spent a week at the Evelina at a quiet time of the Ski season. Our room was good and clean. Beds were comfy and the bathroom had all we needed. Breakfast was always a high standard and the cook even came in an hour early the day we were leaving because of our bus time. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The shuttle bus service worked very well. The pool was a really good size and the sauna got to a decent temperature in about 15 mins."

Mountain View Aparthotel

"Spent a couple days for a ski weekend. The hotels has a good location towards the edge of Bansko right on the main road and just about a 5 min walk away from the centre and gondola lift. You will find several ski rentals stores & restaurants closeby. Stayed in a room/studio, equipped with a kitchen corner which wasn't used and other basic furniture. Bathroom is acceptable but not very spacious and shower not ideal due to water splashing out. The room also had also a little balcony with a view of the backyard. Tv didn't have too many channels and all local. The is a small indoor pool adjacent to lobby area and also a British style downstairs. Check in & out was smooth. All in all, it's an ok place for a short stay and a limited budget."

"We spend 10 days in this hotel for Christmas and New year 2022. The hotel is nice with different size apartments. We had 1 bedroom apartment which was equipped with everything necessary for our stay. There was a fire place as well which added to the apartment charm. The spa center was nice with good swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, also with fitness center. We were using it regularly and was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the ski slopes, which made the experience for skiers very easy and practical. The personnel were great. They were very kind, trying to satisfy all our requirements. For example, they provided additional heating radiators for the colder days. The lift got broken one of the days and they immediately offered us another 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor as we had an elderly person with us. The other apartment had also washing machine, which proved to be very handy during our stay. For the New Year’s Eve, the hosts have prepared nice musical program and New year’s menu with large choice. We were delighted with the great festive atmosphere, the music and the dancing. The hosts came to greet each one of us personally and especially payed kind attention to our gradma as per our old Bulgarian traditions. Overall, we spent really fabulous time and will come back in this hotel again next time we are in Bansko."

"I never recomand this place. Hotel is mizerable, rooms was dirty and very small, food was pure, and thevstaff was unfriendly. Hotel position is very far to the sky, but they have one little car for transfer. We don t like anything there, and we are sure that we never come back. "

"Awesome place. Stay with my family for 2 nights. Room was perfect and very clean. Dinner was very good but breakfast was awesome. There was a pizza restaurant with awesome stone made pizza. Awesome view from the hotel. Pool was very clean and warm. Water was 33 degrees Celsius. Definitely recommend it!"
