"We had a wonderful family stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bansko. The staff were very welcoming and our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly quiet at night. We truly appreciated the upgrade to our room — thank you for this thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center of Bansko, making it easy to explore. Considering the quality of service, comfort, and location, it’s also great value for money. If we ever come back to Bansko, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The price is reflected in quality. Spacious rooms with nice size of balcony. Big toilet room with shower. Curtains are too thin and not wide enough to cover the windows. Clean and tidy but dusty . Pets allowed for free of charge. The horrible things here is there's no heating system on, even when it was 5 degrees in the night. Asking for radiator, the receptionist was very rude , like we asking to give us the moon from the sky, she gave us but in very rude way. Internet is not working, the receptionist said "yes is working your phones are the problems" which is not true. The cleaner, very nice lady, communicative person in any way even without knowing english. Location good, close to city centre."

"We had a two-room room with a balcony, it was quite small for 3 people but clean and very warm! Good breakfast and average dinner. The spa was good and clean with an extremely clean large pool! The jacuzzi had aromatic salts. Late check out only with a fee."

"Mixed views for me hotel is lovely and clean location not to bad 15 minute walk into centre and free shuttle bus every 15 minutes but stops at 5 which is not late enough! Majority of staff lovely some leave a lot to be desired and need training and direction. Breakfast was good choice daily coffee machine temperature is off cold coffee not the best resorted in brining sachets down from room in end. Food was not good in terms of heat always cold to the point at dinner we asked for it to be reheated which never happened was freezing which was a shame as taste wise was actually nice but come on sort the heat out it was every day not just once and even after commenting nothing was done. Overall good hotel with a few tweaks could be great."

"Extremely disappointed with our stay! We visited this five-star hotel last week with our two children and unfortunately the SPA experience was far below expectations. The entire SPA area was noticeably cold — not just slightly uncomfortable, but genuinely unpleasant, especially for families with kids. The pools were almost cold even for adults, and there was no feeling of relaxation at all. We were informed from the people working there that there has been a problem with the heat for 3-4 days but no one comes to repair it. AND NO ONE CALLED US TO INFORM, to offer to change the reservation dates or something. After spending one afternoon there, my older child even caught a cold, which completely ruined the experience for us and instead 3 night it became clear we cannot stay. In a hotel of this category, guests expect properly heated pools and a warm, comfortable SPA environment, particularly when children are allowed in the area! The facilities themselves look nice, but comfort and guest wellbeing clearly were not a priority during our visit. Sadly, this did not match the standards of a five-star hotel, and we left very disappointed. Also, everyone in the hotel was complaining - we can hear the guests arguing on the reception so it is not only that we thought it’s cold for us."
