"Best place for relaxing and enjoying the weekend. Bansko is an authentic and very attractive city to visit, not only in the winter. On the other hand the hotel is GREAT. There is no comparison to any other hotel in this city. The ATMOSPHERE, the CUISINE, the SPA, the ROOMS - all were beyond my expectations. The food was different for every single meal of the day. Sometimes in the evening there is a themed dinner- with seafood, traditional Bulgarian food and many others. The pools were warm and well maintained. I didn’t want to leave the hotel at all. I am very delighted. Definitely going to visit again!!!"

"We went for a full body massage here and it was excellent! The best full-body massage I’ve ever had. (And they do mean full body…!) The masseuse was very skilful at finding the places where my muscles ache and massaging them with just the right amount of pressure. Extremely enjoyable. My husband found his massage very high-pressure and more of a struggle, but still enjoyable and the masseur gave advice for his posture etc too."

"This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it may have been in the past but this is not the case anymore. However we did not expect a 4star hotel either way especially for the price we gave. Room was clean breakfast and dinner was good and the pool was okay. Nothing to blow you out of your mind. The only bad thing was the mattress of the bed. It was really hard and I barely got any sleep but this may be a personal preference. Don’t expect anything too much."

"We stayed from January 23rd to 26th. As a family of 5, we were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival, and check-in was fast. The room we had was very spacious, with two king-size beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we could need. One minor issue, which didn't bother us since we don't watch TV on holiday, was that there were no batteries in either of the TV remote controls. The spa facilities were great, and we enjoyed visiting the spa after a day on the slopes. I booked a massage with Daisy, and she was fabulous and definitely knew her stuff. We would definitely stay again. Our trip to Bansko was faultless. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"Unfortunately, I DO NOT recommend this accommodation. Booked a cheap holiday to Bansko, Unfortunately the room was unclean and smelt. We deep cleaned the apartment day 1 which didn't reduce the smell. Not well equipt, hot water ran out, no hair dryer and outdated furniture. Double room was 2 singles pushed together. Spa was due to be included but was quoted $10 lev. Owners smoking in the restaurant. Spent as little time as possible in this accommodation. Which is unfortunate due to the cold weather."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. The kindness of the hosts made it feel like home from home, without the squabbling children or yapping dogs! The hotel was spotless, comfy and incredibly well priced. No hesitation in recommending it, just not when I’m staying, so I can get a room! They have created a warm, relaxed bar area, which is perfect for post ski, pre dinner drinks and, of course, a night cap. This was my third and best stay yet. Will be back next year, if only to drink the fabulous wine Marin gave me, that I had to leave behind the bar. Superb people, lovely hotel and great town."

"I booked this hotel on Priceline where it advertises Free Airport Shuttle. I contacted the hotel to arrange the transfer and their response was "You must be joking if you expect free airport shuttle Come on " Whilst I wouldn't expect such an unprofessional response, more concerning, it is illegal to falsely advertise a service as part of the deal and to refuse to provide it. At the moment they are refusing to provide a refund. The screen shot of the false advertising is shown below."
