One day in advance, the hotel staff Fu Meng took the initiative to contact and ask about specific needs, such as room orientation, children's supplies, etc., and also upgraded the room type for free. The service was very serious and responsible. All kinds of supplies were prepared before check-in. Arrived at 8 o'clock that night, the lobby concierge Xiaotian took the initiative to help with the luggage, and patiently introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding conditions. The front desk presented freshly baked cookies and donkey mascots, which the children liked very much. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the north-facing room has a good view, the swimming pool water temperature is just right, the breakfast variety is comprehensive, and the most important thing is that the quality is very high, not at all makeshift, and it is definitely worth the price. The only two shortcomings are that the north-facing room is close to the road, so there will still be a little noise at night, but it does not affect rest, and the second is that the refrigerator in the room is broken. I contacted the front desk and quickly replaced it with a new one. The response was quick and worthy of praise. I will definitely choose Hilton next time I come to Baoding.

At first, I hesitated between this hotel and the well-established Zhuozheng Hotel, but finally chose this hotel. After all, it is relatively new and the actual stay was quite good. We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.
