Facilities: The room facilities are complete, and the hotel even provided a heater due to the bad weather, which was very thoughtful. Hygiene: The room was clean and the hygiene was excellent. Service: The service was very good and friendly to guests.

This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!

I frequently stay at this hotel. The reception staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and convenient, and the entire experience is very comfortable. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room, both free to use. There are many restaurants nearby, a shopping mall nearby, and it's very close to the East Railway Station, only a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel parking lot is also quite large and convenient! Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended! A must-stay hotel for business trips and leisure travel!

The room is of moderate size, newly decorated, with good sanitary conditions, acceptable sound insulation, and friendly service staff. The hotel is very close to the train station and there are many restaurants nearby. But the only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, which can be improved compared with similar priced Home Inns. In addition, the TV control is not very sensitive (there are many TV programs and free on-demand movies).

Close to bus stops going to the attraction location. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Night market across the street, approximately 3 mins from the cross walk.

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

The room's cleanliness was top-notch; the sheets and duvet were spotless and odor-free, and the sink and bathroom were immaculate. It also had great natural light, and opening the curtains revealed a wide-open street view. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully at night, completely undisturbed by outside noise. When checking out, the staff even proactively helped me with my luggage. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Location of the hotel is great ,Right at the Railway station. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

As soon as I walked into the lobby, the industrial wind and purple light and shadow were intertwined, full of artistic sense, and every shot was a blockbuster. The room is even more highlight, the giant screen projection of the whole wall plus the 5.1 surround sound, lying on the bed is a private theater, movie lovers are ecstatic. The front desk service was enthusiastic and the room was upgraded for free. It is very close to Baoding East Station and it takes ten minutes to take a taxi. Next to it is the food street and Wanda Plaza, and there is no delay in eating, drinking and playing. The price is super high, I will definitely stay here next time I come to Baoding!
