"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

GGuest UserIt’s not the first time I’ve been to Baiyangdian, but this is the first time I’ve lived in such a good place.
There are 9 elderly children, and it is convenient to go up and down. The housekeeper took them to a camping base for dinner. It was very good. The food was high-grade and the children could play.
A certain sound on the various charter boat tours of the lotus pond merchant publicity dazzled, did not expect the housekeeper to help us rent a phone call to the painting, and then all the way breeze into the depths of the lotus, absolutely.
Dinner must be skewers, we bring our own, leaning on the river skewers too pleasant!
Will come again.

The experience of embracing the moon under the stars is superb! The environment is quiet, the food is delicious, and the service staff is very warm, especially the makeup teacher Tian, who has great skills and is a sweet person.

Checked in on the first day of the hotel's opening. The hotel is super big. The overall design combines the style of the north with the sophistication of the south. After eating and walking for an hour and a half, I walked around half of the hotel, and the other half couldn't move anymore. The environment is great and the service is excellent. However, the hardware, sanitary ware and toiletries do not match the brand positioning. I hope they can be improved in the future.

The staff is super friendly and helpfull. The hotspring is great. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Only downside the boxspring was full of stains and full of dust under the bed

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hosts were truly warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable, even offering me a complimentary ride to the location where I planned to start my trek, which I greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the stunning view over the lake, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel is a perfect place to reconnect with nature and unwind. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway.
