"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

XXianyuntanyingabcd酒店為我們免費升級了山景房，驚喜！房間寬大乾淨，床品潔白，床單鋪得整齊緊湊，這一點很難得。屋內設了地暖，暖和得蓋不住被子了。服務温馨周到，十分客氣。酒店衞生措施很盡心，退房客人用過的碗碟等器具，要消毒1個多小時才可以重新使用，房間保潔用的是七色巾，避免交叉污染。另外酒店緊鄰金龜碼頭，去景區極其方便，室外活動區域有個山包，可上去觀賞遼闊的易水湖。趕上這個週末遊人不算很多，坐船爬山觀湖景，很爽的。因為是秋季，沒機會嘗試酒店的無邊泳池，有點兒遺憾。

Uuljjatxa121I stayed for two nights during the Qingming Festival, and the service was excellent. After booking, a butler contacted me to register my car plate number and other details. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also just a few kilometers' drive from Xiong'an Xinma Forest Park. Let's talk about the facilities first: I went with my child, and there's a playground in B1. They even added an extra 'naughty castle' during the holiday, which my child absolutely loved. The children's play area is quite small, really only suitable for one to two-year-olds to play in briefly. The two building block tables had a limited number of toys, so I'd suggest adding more. There are also some electronic entertainment facilities that require tokens to play. There are two heated children's pools, but they are a bit small. I wouldn't recommend going if it's crowded, as it would be like 'dumplings in a pot.'
Next, breakfast: if you go around 9 AM, you'll have to queue for about 15 minutes, but they opened two restaurants, so the efficiency was still decent. I only had breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. The variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was average, but it was sufficient.
Finally, the rooms: we stayed on the 8th floor and booked two rooms. One of them still had a bit of a new renovation smell. After I mentioned it to the butler, they promptly brought an air purifier and even a fruit plate as an apology. Anyway, the service was quite reassuring. I'll definitely stay here again when the weather gets warmer.

I've always wanted to see how Xiong'an is developing, and being able to drive to the grand hotel in just two hours on the weekend makes it a great value for time.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent and quite new. The swimming pool, in particular, is fantastic, with separate pools for adults and children, making it very baby-friendly. The water temperature is very comfortable, so babies won't catch a cold. We requested three bed guards and a crib for the room, and these amenities were readily available and very convenient.
Service: All the staff we encountered were very enthusiastic and always resolved any issues promptly.

She said that she would reserve a room in advance if she was sure. The small hotel, the house was very clean, and the family room was very warm. Feeling at home, The scenery outside each room is different and beautiful. I especially like such a place. The boss and the couple have a lot of details to take care of. There is also the most important point. Don’t go to the scenic spot directly to the online group ticket. You must call the boss first and let the boss help you buy it. It can save a lot of money, this is a very good trip, I will visit this next time.

The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. XXuanjiWith the family thinking about soaking in a hot spring a year ago, there are fewer people than the previous two years. Some of the public hot spring pools are not open. The room seems to be not hot spring water now. If the room can be soaked in private soup like before, it is better! Breakfast is OK, but partial! It is recommended to eat teppanyaki buffet, or small hot pot buffet, do not order Chinese food, there are few types, but also very slow, wait for 40 minutes! Service attitude is particularly good!
