"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

Our visit to Xiongan New Area, thanks to Huanhuan's attentive service, made our trip to Xiongan New Area exceptionally wonderful and unforgettable. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Huanhuan greeted us with a warm smile and professional demeanor. Many five-star hotels may have lobby managers, but not Wyndham's butler service. Whether handling check-in, explaining the hotel facilities, or answering our questions about Xiongan New Area, she was unfailingly patient and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. Throughout our stay, Huanhuan provided weather updates, Xiongan tourist guides, and dinner reservations. Every detail was thoughtful and thoughtful, allowing us to experience the warmth of Wyndham's hospitality through Huanhuan, adding to the wonderful atmosphere that permeated the entire hotel during our Xiongan trip.
Especially touching, Huanhuan, upon learning that someone in our group had a birthday, prepared a surprise for us. During dinner at the hotel, a bowl of longevity noodles, a small cake, and a glass of mellow red wine quietly appeared on the table. The surprise and joy of that moment were beyond words. This thoughtful and caring gesture not only added a rich sense of ceremony to our birthday, but also made us deeply appreciate your hotel's commitment to ”exceeding customer expectations.”
This stay was impeccable, from the amenities to the service quality. The presence of Huanhuan, our butler, further added to the joy of our trip. Her sincere service and warm hospitality made us feel the unique charm of the Wyndham Xiongan New Area.

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

DD20891****It exceeded my expectations. This newly opened B&B has facilities comparable to a 4.5-star hotel with everything you need. Because it was the off-season, the owner upgraded us to a lake view room. The terrace faces Yishui Lake, and there is an infinity pool in summer. The view is great. The homestay has a billiard room, a table tennis room, a KTV, a naughty castle for children to play, etc., and a dopamine courtyard, which is perfect for a family weekend vacation. The boss was also very nice. We wanted to buy some mineral water but he gave us a lot instead. It was a very satisfying vacation. It was quiet, not crowded, and the stray cats around were quite friendly. It is a Feng Shui treasure land with simple folk customs. Summer will come again.

The hotel service is very good, especially the supervisor Zhang Sheng, who handles emergencies promptly and patiently, and has a warm and thoughtful service attitude. The room service responds promptly, and the indoor environment is good. There are many types of hot springs, clean water, rich breakfast varieties, complete children's facilities, the hot spring children's paddling pool is open, and the naughty castle facilities on the second floor are rich. AAotumanbuaichitang高速行程中間的休息點，最大的優勢是下高速2.5km就到酒店，出門直接上高速，方便。晚上到的晚，但是酒店還有晚餐，吃的超級滿意。酒店停車地方多，前後院都能停車，房間就一般化，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，因為晚餐超級滿意就有點期待早餐，可是早餐真的很一般，包子一看就是外面買的，有煎盤，自己可以煎雞蛋，稀的就是豆漿稀飯，其他所有的東西都在照片裏面了。
