過年期間的價格完全沒有想象中的高溢價，可能因為不是旅遊的城市，但是正是因為少了熙攘的人羣，住的非常安靜和舒心，衞生打掃令人安心舒適，環境靜謐高級，這個價格住桔子水晶在旅遊城市真的是不敢想，房間裏的手沖咖啡，温馨的燈光，床頭的精油香薰，無一不展示出品牌的細節。退房時送了零食禮袋。唯一感覺有待提高的是早餐的種類可以再增加。暖氣太足，不得不晚上開窗睡覺，哈哈😃

I had a really great stay at this hotel, but what made the experience special was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

Everting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories. One thing management need to focus on: 1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

It was a pleasant business trip and the environment was great! The young man at the front desk served patiently and worked seriously and responsibly, which is worthy of praise. He suggested that the boss add a big chicken drumstick. The hotel facilities are very new, especially the moisturizing lotion provided by the hotel. It smells fresh and I like it very much. A very satisfying business trip experience. Your home will be my first choice next time I go on a business trip!

The breakfast at Waterside Flower City Hotel was really impressive! As soon as you step into the restaurant, you will be attracted by the dazzling array of delicious food. From the freshly baked bread to the fragrant hot coffee, everything is mouth-watering. Particularly worth mentioning is their omelette, which is tender and just right. The fruit section also has a wide range of varieties and colorful colors, which not only satisfies the taste buds, but also makes people happy. The service staff are friendly and the environment is elegant and comfortable, making people feel peaceful and comfortable while enjoying delicious food. This kind of breakfast experience undoubtedly added a lot of points to my stay at Shui'an Huacheng Hotel. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

Facilities: Fully equipped and well-maintained. Hygiene: Clean. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful and polite; anything we needed was delivered to our room immediately after a call.

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

This is the first time I have commented on the merchant in Trip.com . Because this store gave me a very good impression, the room was not very big, but it was just right for two people to travel. I am very picky about hygiene, and clean the room first. The white rag wiped the window sill and desk without a trace of dust, which made me very satisfied. The bed is moderately hard and soft, and free parking is available in the backyard. Going out is a street of various small restaurants and small shops, and it is okay to eat not too picky.
