4-Star Hotels in Baoding

This is a brand new hotel in a developing city. Everything in the hotel was modern. My room was quite large and the TV was gigantic. The free laundry facilities were the nicest I've seen during my 7 week trip in China. I tried the breakfast one morning, and it was decent. The hotel seemed quite empty, likely because not many people and businesses have moved into the area yet. I did find a few restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. If I'm in the area again, I would stay at this hotel again.

Everting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories. One thing management need to focus on: 1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

Hotel location and quality are the best in Yishui Lake Scenic Area! The restaurant exit is the Golden Turtle Wharf, which is very convenient! The roof terrace has a panoramic view of Yishui Lake! The blue infinity pool is integrated with the lake. The room facilities are very clean, the room is spacious, the bedding towels are of good quality! Hotel service is also very warm and thoughtful. During the stay, there was an episode. There were many cars during the May Day holiday. My car was blocked by other cars. The hotel leader on duty (I heard that he was a treasurer), and immediately provided his own private car service! This kind of hotel quality is precious as a matter of your own home! The hotel manager specially prepared local millet for souvenirs! The warm atmosphere is reflected everywhere. The hotel's backyard parking lot is spacious and there are various lake views. A high watchtower, looking at the distant mountains and the lake, refreshing...

The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the rooms are warm and spacious, the hotel is in a great location, the housekeeping staff are also very kind, the girl at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, the price of the room is also very affordable, and the price-performance ratio is high! There was a young front desk clerk who was a little rude and used the pronunciation of people's names. I got more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience, as well as fireworks on earth. This is my evaluation of this hotel. Awesome. The only drawback is that there are special rooms that are not available.

When I checked into the hotel, the front desk waiter Zhao Tianmeng, Yuan Yuan, gave us a careful selection of rooms, the scenery was very good, there were three windows in the room, two of which were large windows. After we checked in, we sat in front of the window and watched the scenery, and we were in a very comfortable mood. When I checked out, the front desk called me, and there was a sausage in the refrigerator. I existed inside and forgot to do it. Thank you so much for your care.

Friendly & cheerful staff ready to help, decent location & room size, pretty much all you need for a more comfy stay than the regular budget hotels, only thing is air-conditioning blows at normal speed & slow speed intermittently which can be stuffy in the middle of the night or early morning, else it'd have been perfect for the price range

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

We stayed in a spacious double room in the office building, decorated in a slightly old-fashioned style. Although there was no private hot spring, there was a bathtub. Watching the New Year's Eve gala on TV as a family was quite pleasant. Breakfast was fairly plentiful; the pancakes were good. There was fruit, cold dishes, stir-fries, and various staple foods. The coffee was instant. Agricultural Park Mini-Pass (Unlimited Entry and Exit): This was excellent; we strolled around. The pass inside was 55 yuan, and we played in the snow world and bumper cars, which was well worth it. Double Hot Spring Resort: This was my second visit. It was too crowded and rather old. The price-performance ratio was acceptable.

Location of this hotel is convenient near big malls and in the evening the ambience is vibrant and exciting. The decor is old-fashioned but well-maintained. The staff us very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 23th floor with amazing view of a park. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. In the afternoon, there was a snack and fruit treat in the room.

Xirui Hotel has a good location, next to the main road of the city, with a convenience store downstairs. It is close to Baoding Station and the city center shopping mall, with convenient transportation and convenient shopping by car! The decoration style is simple and the room is quite large. The disadvantage is that there is no bracket or hook in the bathroom to put things. For guests who wear glasses, there is no place to put their glasses when they shower, and there is no place to put their own toiletries. There is no place to hang bath towels and clothes. It is not very convenient. It is recommended that the hotel improve in time! During the three-day holiday, I took my children to Baoding for a trip. I chose this hotel and specially chose a river view room with a bathtub. As a result, I never expected that I didn’t see the river view, but I really had a dream in the decoration noise room. The river channel downstairs was renovated and built, so I had to endure it without the river view. Construction started at 7:30 on the first day of the holiday. I was awakened by the noise of the excavator or some large equipment downstairs. I was so annoyed that I complained to the front desk and was told that there was a marathon at the end of the month and the river channel needed to be rushed. It was possible to work overtime during the holiday. Speechless! I went shopping and returned to the hotel at 3pm to take a rest. As a result, an old man in the community opposite sang on the big speaker in the small square, and five speakers were playing together. After the lobby manager communicated with the old man, the music noise disappeared. The hotel urgently purchased earplugs and provided them to guests. The construction started at 7 am on the second morning of the holiday. There was no hope of sleeping in! I got up, had breakfast, checked out and left! The swimming pool on the 25th floor of the hotel was not open, and the guests were informed on Ctrip! Since the hotel knew that the river in front of the building was under construction, it should also inform the guests on the website and fulfill the obligation to inform! The hotel did not inform the guests, so it is a bad review! ! ! The video was shot in the room on the 12th floor of the hotel with the windows closed!
