I had a really great stay at this hotel, but what made the experience special was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

The room was excellent, quiet and comfortable. The front desk service was especially attentive. The washing machine washed and dried the clothes, so they were ready to wear right away. The robot food delivery was very convenient, and the breakfast was also very good – highly recommended! Facilities: Very complete Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: Excellent. I will always choose this Hanting Hotel in Baigou when I come here. Service: The front desk service was excellent; they thought of everything.

The Hanting Hotel Bus Station in Xiongxian County I stayed at this time felt very good. The very kind greetings at the front desk in the lobby made me feel at home. Every step was done in place [strong] I was also very satisfied with the room arrangement. The restaurant breakfast was also very clean. The bus station bus station was also guarded around. The traffic is very convenient, it can be said to be very recommended, and the environment is also very good, the room is clean and tidy, the room sisters are also very polite to see people, praise! ! ! !

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

My and my sister stayed there for two nights, the hotel had a great location on the owner was so kind to pick us up from the train station and to bring us back to the station at the end of our stay. He also carried our luggage. The room was clean and pretty, the bathroom and the shower were together so it wasn't comfertable to take a shower, but we had warm water, the floor was also warm. There wasn't a room service but we asked for more towels and slippers and they brought it to us. The towels weren't comfertable and the pillows were so hard we decided to sleep without it. But overall the stay was very good, the owner was amazing and a great location (10 minutes walk from baili gorge). Recommend not going on winter because it was too freezing and the view is not as great.

I really liked it here. Because it was newly built, it was clean and the bedding was clean. There is a restaurant on the first floor and the food is delicious. Zhuozhou Museum and train station are both close by.

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

The bathroom was cleaned very clean, the cups were not water stains and floating hair, and the sanitary details were particularly in place. Smart facilities are very easy to use, Xiao Ai can control the lights, curtains and air conditioning, you can adjust to a comfortable state without getting out of bed, the negative ion hair dryer has a large air volume, and every configuration is poked at the demand point. The mattress is moderately firm, the air conditioner is not noisy, and the USB charging port at the bedside is also very practical. The staff is very good at serving and very enthusiastic. They also help us recommend where to be fun. The location is also very dominant. It is about 50 meters away from the Gulou Street. It is especially convenient to go anywhere.

This is the first time I have commented on the merchant in Trip.com . Because this store gave me a very good impression, the room was not very big, but it was just right for two people to travel. I am very picky about hygiene, and clean the room first. The white rag wiped the window sill and desk without a trace of dust, which made me very satisfied. The bed is moderately hard and soft, and free parking is available in the backyard. Going out is a street of various small restaurants and small shops, and it is okay to eat not too picky.

The guesthouse has a unique design and is a great spot for taking photos. It's near a reservoir, so you can have a barbecue. The overall experience was excellent, although the breakfast was a bit simple, so bring your own food if you don't want to eat there. I left my earphones behind when I left, and the guesthouse owner quickly arranged for a courier to send them back; I was very grateful.
