I had a really great stay at this hotel, but what made the experience special was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

The room was excellent, quiet and comfortable. The front desk service was especially attentive. The washing machine washed and dried the clothes, so they were ready to wear right away. The robot food delivery was very convenient, and the breakfast was also very good – highly recommended! Facilities: Very complete Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: Excellent. My and my sister stayed there for two nights, the hotel had a great location on the owner was so kind to pick us up from the train station and to bring us back to the station at the end of our stay. He also carried our luggage. The room was clean and pretty, the bathroom and the shower were together so it wasn't comfertable to take a shower, but we had warm water, the floor was also warm. There wasn't a room service but we asked for more towels and slippers and they brought it to us. The towels weren't comfertable and the pillows were so hard we decided to sleep without it. But overall the stay was very good, the owner was amazing and a great location (10 minutes walk from baili gorge). Recommend not going on winter because it was too freezing and the view is not as great.

I recently had a great weekend at the hotel and I must say it was a great stay. Every aspect was satisfying to me from the welcome at the front desk to the details of the room. There are many restaurants near the hotel and the transportation is very convenient. It is very convenient whether it is a taxi or public transportation. And the room is spacious and comfortable, very suitable for my office, I like the pillow very much, suitable for my long time facing the computer's cervical spine. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. From the receptionist to the cleaner, everyone showed professionalism and enthusiasm. The breakfast buffet was very rich and varied, meeting the needs of different tastes. The food was fresh and delicious and looking forward to breakfast time every day. Overall, a recommended hotel. The bedroom was very comfortable and practical, with a well-thought-out design that truly caters to hotel guests' needs. It's a pity that the room had ”French windows” but it's impossible to open any of them It would also have been great if the door was more airtight, because the cigarettes smoke of the guests smoking in the corridor entered the room and it smelled really bad. I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

It was really lucky to choose Orange Jiangnan Hotel for the Dragon Boat Festival. The rooms are clean and warm, the service staff are gentle and patient, and they are attentive everywhere. The room has good lighting, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is also great, and the rest is particularly stable. The front desk staff was warm and polite throughout the whole process, and the check-in was efficient and intimate. It coincided with the Dragon Boat Festival check-in. The hotel also gave dumplings intimately. The scorpion leaves were full of aroma, soft and delicious. The small holiday surprise instantly healed the fatigue of the journey, and the details were full of sincerity.
