JjerembWe had a wonderful family stay at Zhuozheng hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and was amazed by the food. Breakfast buffet is also very good and diverse. Thanks to manager Niu Xue Mei who was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room. For me the best hotel in Baoding!

GGuest UserIt's perfect for families with elderly members and children; it feels like home. The owners are very welcoming, and the wife is incredibly gentle and has an artistic flair. The courtyard is beautifully maintained, exuding a charming, artistic atmosphere. In the evenings, spring water boils around a bonfire, and everyone gathers around, sipping tea brewed by the owners and chatting contentedly. The children play hide-and-seek, swing on the swings, and watch the turtles and koi swimming in the pond. The kids especially love the incredibly good-natured Labrador Retriever; you can pet it freely without it getting angry. The rooms are also very clean, and they thoughtfully provide disposable toilet seat covers. We plan to go back in the fall.

QQingfeng、xulaiIt was a pleasant business trip and the environment was great! The young man at the front desk served patiently and worked seriously and responsibly, which is worthy of praise. He suggested that the boss add a big chicken drumstick. The hotel facilities are very new, especially the moisturizing lotion provided by the hotel. It smells fresh and I like it very much. A very satisfying business trip experience. Your home will be my first choice next time I go on a business trip!

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

WWing TaiThe hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc. The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

We bought a swimsuit at the entrance of the hot spring, and a swimming cap at the supermarket next to the pool. It was very affordable. The swimming cap was even cheaper than Beijing and Tokyo. The hot spring water on the holiday side was very clean and the pool water was very clean. In the evening, I called the delivery service, beef noodles 18 yuan, preserved egg lean meat porridge 10 yuan, chips 8 yuan, taste good, cost-effective. The next day's wisdom vegetable garden and picking were surprises. The strawberries were particularly delicious and picked a lot. Two days and one night were full and happy. To say that the lack of the toilet and the toilet are partitioned doors, but the glass is transparent, there is no privacy, especially the toilet door is meaningless, it is recommended to make it impervious, so that someone can use the toilet or shower when others can come in to wash their hands. The curtains have to be pulled to be impermeable, it is best to post a reminder. In short, the flaws are not concealed, it is worth coming again. There are also flaws, the room price is too high, the ordinary standard room is about 1,000 yuan, plus a small extra bed is 200 yuan; the hotel has a parking lot, but the road is too narrow, so that when you go out, you avoid the car and hit the strong pillar behind. But the location limit is not a problem with the hotel. It is still a bit psychologically uncomfortable to repair the car. In short, this is a high-quality hotel with easy water lake numbers.

GGuest UserThis hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!

GGuest UserThe hotel I stayed in during this trip was just right: the room was the right size, the bed was moderately soft and hard, the air conditioning temperature was neither too hot nor too cold, and the Wi-Fi was stable and not stuck. Breakfast included porridge, steamed buns, eggs and other homely choices. The front desk spoke softly, and the charger and printing documents were quickly solved. It was as comfortable as returning to my own home. Highly recommended!
