Overall, the Tuyu Guesthouse was a very good stay. The guesthouse is elegantly and grandly decorated. To the right of the entrance is a stone lion display wall, and to the left is a rose wall. Various old-carved lintels adorn the floor. A friendly corgi greets you at the entrance, the receptionist is helpful in planning your itinerary, and a lady prepares breakfast thoughtfully. The view outside is breathtaking, overlooking the Longmen Gorge scenic area. Waking up early and watching the sunset from the rooftop, you can see Langya Mountain in the distance. In particular, the guesthouse has a cave room, which the owner kindly showed us. It was incredibly cool; if you have the chance to stay there in the summer, it would be absolutely amazing.

This was my first time staying here, and I had booked a single room, but it wasn't on this property and required going outside. Since I wasn't familiar with the area, the front desk lady kindly upgraded me to a standard room right here at the hotel. Her service was incredibly thoughtful! The room facilities were new, the bedding was comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the location was convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The front desk staff was gentle and polite, the check-in speed was super fast, and they took the initiative to inform the surrounding food and travel routes, and also sent welcome tea and fresh fruit plates. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the ground, bathroom, and the bottom of the bed were completely free of dead ends, the quality of toiletries was online, the mattress was soft and the support was just right, the pillow was moderately soft and hard, and the journey was relieved instantly when lying down. The sound insulation effect was excellent. I couldn't hear the corridors and street noises after closing the windows. Sleep well until dawn. The supporting facilities are very complete, free laundry and drying, the elevator runs smoothly, the WiFi is full of rooms, and the lobby provides free drinking water and snacks at any time. The location is excellent, it is convenient to go out to take a taxi and walk to the business district, and the price is the same price hotel. 酒店設施總體來説還是不錯的，包括吹風機和潤膚露品質都很好，無論大堂還是房間都比較符合五鑽標準，但美中不足是健身房和游泳池都沒有開，這點和五鑽配套的標準還是有一定差異，房間有裝修後留存味道，用香薰去味感覺也並不好聞。再説早餐，五一第一天出現嚴重缺餐客人搶餐的現象，供不應求，應該是開業後第一次接待旅遊旺季客流，管理上嚴重評估不足，不過第二天就改善了，還算改進較快，早餐中的自助冰淇淋機是亮點，整體菜品豐富，但口味和精緻度需要提升，最基礎的麪檔各種麪都不好吃還是要學習改進，咖啡機是速溶的也有些拉跨。最後説服務，感覺響應比較慢，首先是前台電話，訂房前幾天打電話都無人接聽最後通過攜程聯繫上了，另外入住辦理比較慢，還是要從人員培訓和管理上提升。酒店整體價格同比有優勢。

酒店位置非常便利，除了告訴，拐個彎，上了興陽線，直走路邊就到了。周圍餐飲和便利店也有些選擇。面向湖的房間，景色不錯，加上遠處山巒起伏，早晨晚上的感覺截然不同。距離一些熱門玩耍的地方也不遠。店內服務熱情周到。房內佈置簡潔大方。
