AAnonymous UserDuring a weekend trip to Lankao to visit relatives, we spotted this incredibly luxurious hotel and decided to treat ourselves and our child to a stay.
**Facilities:** This must be the most comprehensively equipped hotel in Lankao, and it would be hard to find another with such extensive amenities even in all of Kaifeng. It boasts a coffee shop, buffet restaurant, swimming pool and fitness center, Chinese restaurant, tea restaurant, banquet hall, cinema room, and premium bathing facilities (featuring Lankao's unique intangible cultural heritage, the Yangzhou back scrubbing service). There are also boutique shops and a 'Starry Sky Garden' on the third floor. The facilities are truly superb and offer excellent value for money!
**Hygiene:** The guest rooms were incredibly clean, and the housekeeping staff did a meticulous job. The lobby was also spotless.
**Environment:** The overall ambiance is truly exceptional. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're enveloped in a sense of grandeur. The entire decor is very thoughtfully designed, especially the central staircase with its white marble flooring and illuminated luxury stone walls. Pictures simply don't do justice to the stunning visual impact in person!
**Service:** The service was excellent. The hotel provided numerous small gifts for children, some even delivered by robots! My child called the front desk to ask for a Coke, and it arrived promptly. In the evening, the hotel surprised us with an extra plate of fruit, which was a delightful touch.

DDuobaanPeterThe hotel also has washing machines and dryers, and they are all commercial. The drying speed is particularly fast. It is dried in 30 minutes. This is to be praised. The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast is available. It is worthy of the hotel price. It is mainly very new. The bed is very comfortable and the pillow is slightly higher, but it can also sleep at ease.
