The hotel service is very good, very warm, the service attitude is very good, the health is very clean, close to the scenic spot, the access is very convenient, I feel that the service level has reached 5 stars. 3. The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, the facilities are convenient, the service is good, nothing to say, enthusiasm, high efficiency, basically responsive, very satisfied with the stay! 4. Very good, the environment is very beautiful, the room is very clean, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hotel front desk is very warm and the service is thoughtful.

GGuest UserI came back to Gushi during the summer vacation. I also had a lot of luggage far away. I saw Yuanguang Hotel on the Internet and chose to live here. The room felt pretty good in all aspects. The security guard at the door was also very good. Seeing that a little girl brought a lot of luggage, I took the initiative to help with the luggage, and I was very touched. Next time I come back to play, I will still live here!

WWly940833首先我對酒店前台的小姐姐必須誇讚一翻🩷，太温柔，太有親切感了，服務好到我都不好意思麻煩人，開房時，我提的要求全滿足了，需要洗衣服就給我安排和洗衣房一個樓層，還暫存了保鮮用品，總之值得推薦，應有盡有，很方便呢，走的時候忘了拍房間🫣

因為靠近高速路口，長途開車很晚了才臨時入住，其中一間房間廁所異味，無奈自己熱水沖了半天，而且馬桶上居然還有毛髮。
2.用品不全：
親子公園，房間沒有小童洗漱用品那些就算了，想幫孩子要多一對拖鞋和牙刷，前台居然還要請示老闆，不過好在後麪同意了。
3.收按金且退還不及時：
更離譜的是，都2025年了，入住酒店居然還要按金，兩間房300元，按金也算了，退房時居然説系統壞了，等修好才能退按金。結果等離開後的第二天忽然想起來一直沒退，想電話催問，但攜程預留電話一直打不通。無奈直接聯繫了平台，平台幫忙聯繫後才把按金退了。
而且，酒店還嘴硬，跟攜程説早就退了，其實明明就是電話投訴後才退款！太離譜了！
平時真的沒有差評習慣，縣城設施可能沒那麼完善也理解，如果不是因為後面按金插曲也不想評論了，但是！真的很氣很氣！如實評價，圖片可作證。
