The hotel has an elegant and warm environment, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the equipment is complete and easy to use. The staff is friendly, the service is meticulous and intimate, and the home is at home. The breakfast is rich and fresh and the taste is online. There is no dead end in health, quiet and comfortable, the whole experience is full, I really recommend it!

A large shopping centre (Wanda Plaza) is next door with a huge array of Chinese franchised food outlets alongside KFC and Starbucks. A good spread of affordable to prestige clothing brands as well. Many empty shops, though, point to economic stresses in this market. The breakfast is standard Chinese hotel fare so if you're expecting a range of gourmet cereals and breads you'll be disappointed. Turning to the room itself. No room clock and a huge television screen that turns on every time you put your key in the slot are minor annoyances. The television screen has no apparent access to audio-visual inputs which seems a wasted opportunity to me. I want to watch my own media on the television screen. The room is a good size and quite quiet. The bed was firm but not hard. Blackout curtains work well and windows can be partially opened. I observed that any non-smoking regulation was not observed by all guests. Perhaps in the major markets that's more enforced. There is no laundry service as far as I could tell. The shower stall is my main concern and this might apply only to my room. The drain is VERY slow and the recess quickly fills with water. The floor is flat, so water does not naturally flow to the drain, leaving the shower recess always wet and a potential mould hazard. No complaints from me about the lack of staff who speak English. This is a new hotel catering mainly to Chinese travellers. While I have some concerns about the standard of building construction finish I can't fault the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness. If the location suits you the value is obvious. Note that guest rooms are on floors 18 and 19 so expect to spend some time waiting for the slow lift.

The room arranged for me at the front desk was the opposite of the room I asked for when I booked the room. Saying that you don't need to rely on the elevator to have a high floor room to be quiet, it is all the opposite. It's a nice hotel, spacious room, very comfortable bed. Solid Chinese style breakfast is offered. Everything was very clean. They have a projector instead of TV and I enjoyed watching movies and cartoons. XinYang city is ABSOLUTELY amazing, parks, rivers, bridges ... I truly enjoyed driving a round the city.

A very nice hotel, located on a main road with convenient access, not far from the highway exit. There are many restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself also has an outdoor restaurant, making dining quite convenient. Parking is available in both surface and underground parking lots, with entrances and exits adjacent to each other, allowing for flexible selection. Personally, I found the surface parking more convenient, as it's seamlessly integrated with the elevators and lobby.

The overall stay experience is super satisfied! The room hygiene is particularly in place, the wooden floor, bedding, and the washing area are spotless, the lighting is transparent, the layout is spacious and clean, and the living is comfortable. The most pleasant surprise is that the hotel is equipped with an independent gym, complete equipment, and can take the time to exercise on business trips. The front desk staff is attentive and proactive, and the demand response is very fast. The supporting facilities are perfect and the price is online. It is suitable for both travel and short-term residence. I will choose here next time!
