AalshafiraThe room was spacious and clean, very traditional vibe. The staff was professional, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was very traditional java vibe. Just too bad the gym was quite small, the equipment was bare with just the necessaries. I like that the location is near the Pura Mangkunegaran, so we can visit it with our limited time.

TTravelLightNice hotel. Check in is smooth. Accommodative staff. Toilet hv pipe. But the towels cleanliness can be improved because looks like “very used”. The hotel should change it.
Don’t hv time to explore hotel surroundings because arrive late and also check out early the next day. Maybe next time..

AAk RahmanThis is a beautiful property with clean well appointed rooms. The gym has good equipment and the pool is great. The only thing that I was not happy with is the hotel changed their policy about using the sauna and steam rooms. I have been visiting this hotel every year and this is the first time I was denied entry because I booked a superior room instead of a deluxe room. I believe this is a bad policy.

GGuest UserRoom was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking.
Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.

LLutfianaI like the place near kmn2, right in front of Puro Mangkunegaran, there is even JD delicious, there is entertainment, but you have to climb the stairs on the 3rd floor with a large suitcase of 3 pieces, but thanks to UD for help with the employees.. 🥰
