RR FirmI stayed at a newly opened hotel that was very clean and well-conceptualized. The air conditioning was cold and effective, and the staff were exceptionally friendly — the welcome drink was amazing. The indoor pool in the building’s center is nice. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty dishes. My only downside was noise transfer between rooms and from outside; while full soundproofing may be impossible, the level of sound was fairly high and noticeably clear. Overall, excellent service, cleanliness, and food — they should improve sound insulation for a quieter stay.

Ffaram8A month ago, I stayed at Zigna Kampung Batik for our family holiday. We booked the Deluxe Room and the Suite Room, and honestly we had such a pleasant experience here.
We were really happy because the hotel gave us complimentary mirror art and a slice cake, such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality!
The location is super strategic, very close to Kampung Batik Laweyan and many great culinary spots in Solo, so it was easy for us to explore the city. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming during our stay, which made us feel comfortable.
The facilities are also quite complete considering the price is still very affordable. Maybe the hotel can improve the cleanliness a little more, especially around the bathroom amenities area, and also minimize missed guest requests for an even better experience.
Overall, our stay was really worth it and we truly enjoyed our time here. Definitely will come back again next time we visit Solo!

GGuest UserUpon check-in, we received a complimentary personalized welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The service overall was excellent, the room was spacious and quite clean. As it's a Marriott property, I was able to earn Marriott points, making for a very satisfying stay. The burger on the hotel's menu was also delicious. Overall, a great experience!

RRonnyMy kids and wife really love this hotel. Since arrival up till check out we had really great time. Complete facilities for kids, nice foods, great servives from all staffs also wonderful ambience this hotel has it all.

GGuest UserThis is probably the best hotel in Solo. All the facilities met my expectations, especially the bar on the 29th floor, which offers amazing views. The live band was also very enthusiastic. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly.

GGuest UserCheck-in and check-out were super fast, the location is very strategic, and the room was clean. The AC stopped working for a bit, but we didn't get too hot. Everything is close by. We'll definitely go back if we're in Solo again. The staff were all friendly. Thank you!

GGuest UserRoom was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking.
Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.

YYasintaSblm check in udh req king bed. Tp gbs krn udh penuh dan hbs, mrk nawarin buat jadiin 1 twin bed nya, udh di ok in. Pas mlm check in masuk kamar blm disatuin. Airnya agak bau, sofanya ada yg bolong & bekas ketumpahan sesuatu gitu, breakfastnya bubur agak basi, rotinya kering, nasi b aja, staffnyaramah bangeeeet 👍🏻. Airnya kecil jg, pas mandi siang udh ngga panas lagi jg gatau knp. Tapi yaa masih okelah buat stay disitu, kemana2 deket. Pas di lorongnya atapnya bolong2
