GGuest UserThis property is a gem in a wonderful location 1.5 hrs from center of Mexico City. We stayed two nights prior to travelling home and used uber ( a bad experience) and a taxi ( good experience) to take us to and from the hotel. It is a very welcoming hotel with wonderful staff and activities laid on such as yoga ( we did this with an excellent instructor, but didn’t get his name…sorry), cultural walks and bread making etc). The neighbouring town of Tepoztlan was a must see. A vibrant and colorful small city with many artisan shops. We loved the hotel a great place to relax following a busy holiday and just before flying home!

MMelissaNo complaints about this hotel. The checkin was. Super smooth even though I booked it only moments earlier. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location is great. Very close to the main road but far away just enough for it to be quiet and relaxing. The pool was large and very well kept. The rooms were very spacious and clean with excellent service.
