This place has the nicest ambiance and a relaxing feel to it. Although it is quite old and rather tired, requiring upgrade and maintenance, it certainly has seen more glorious days in the past! The kids enjoyed all the facilities here! Restaurant menu needs to be added more variants so guest could choose to dine here though food are abundance in the area.

AAllyLee. I recently stayed at Iconic Regency Serviced Suites and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While there were some positives—the room was new, clean, and in a good location—these were overshadowed by a major issue with the shower. No matter what I did, the water was boiling hot, even with the heater switched off. There was no cold water at all, making it nearly impossible to take a proper shower. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. For the price I paid, I expected basic amenities like a functioning shower. Sadly, this issue made my stay uncomfortable, and I do not feel it was worth the money. Upon check-out, the reception kindly offered a discount for my next visit, which was a nice gesture. However, the real solution is to fix the issue now, not just offer discounts for a future stay. ( Which I live in a foreign country ) A comfortable shower is a basic necessity, and without it, the stay was simply not worth the money. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and resolves the problem. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

SSGFoodTravelM Qube is strategically located in between Georgetown (9.5km) and the Airport (7km). The friendly hotel representative is patience to explain the Do's and Don'ts during the stay. Prepare a RM50 cash for deposit as they do not accept other payment terms. The cubicles are not sound proof but privacy is present. The TV is not working but this should not be an issue for many. Food and drinks are easily accessible most of the day till late night. There is only ATM from Public Bank located 200m away across the road. Queenbay Mall is around 2 km away. The stay is pleasant and peaceful so it is strongly recommended to solo travellers. Sungai Nibong bus terminal is 300m away so it is easy to go to other cities.

XXuan NiOverall good experience, booked a King bedroom and it has all the basics (hairdryer, electric kettle, even a fridge!). Though the room was small but everything essential was provided. The area is close to a lot of restaurants as well.

AAnonymous UserI'm a solo traveler. Got a restaurant just in front of the hotel. Btw, it's just a place to take a nap. No shower heater in my room at 205. Please improve the cleanliness of room and bathroom. Overall, okay.
