TTarık Tarkan KAYAKüçük bir butik otel. 7-8 Haziran 2025 tarihlerinde aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Otel Ürgüp'te tarihi vadiyi hakim bir konumdan görüyor. İşletme sahibi Turgut Bey müşterilerle bizzat ilgileniyor. Kapadokya yöresinde görmeniz gereken yerler hakkında bilgi veriyor, böylelikle bölge hakkında bizim gibi bir fikriniz olmasa da bilinçli bir şekilde geziyorsunuz. 2 gün dolu dolu güzel bir tatil yapıp evimize döndük. Özellikle Turgut Bey'e çok teşekkür ediyorum. Şansı ve müşterisi bol olsun.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky. The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special. Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserVery nice cave hotel! Receptions are nice and friendly. They are willing to help you for various problem. We have booked a shuttle to airport in the early morning next day. The reception help us to confirm our shuttle order and provided sandwiches, fruits when we left. The room is clean and quiet. You can experience the stay in cave. Wide and open public balcony.

KKUMAR VASWANIThis is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. The blood pool in the hell dungeon is amazing with snakes and stone on the ceiling. If you are into rock music Gothic medieval and still want the luxuries this is the place you have to come see.

Located next to Cappadocia University, the hotel’s doorstep leads to two excellent restaurants, making life incredibly convenient. The rooms in this hotel are elegantly comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The service is also very attentive, and the rooms are spotless. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, making it truly a great value for money.

GGuest UserThe crew are very diligent, considerate and friendly. The atmosphere is what to be expected from a boutique hotel in a very nice off the track location. Avoid Goreme circus, this hotel gives you a quick access to all the Cappadocia sites with the feeling to be an honored guess.

GGuest UserIt is a wonderful hotel. I was very pleased with it. The rooms have wonderful outdoor and thermal indoor pools, wonderful food, very nice views and fairy chimneys in the hotel garden, which can be watched for hours. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it deserves the price it charges and is definitely worth seeing.
