Highly recommended hotel in Sapa. Breakfast is superb. Hot chocolate was so good. Very accessible, staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the fansipan through the hotel but unfortunately we couldn’t make it on time. We asked the staff if we are able to go the following day, and luckily, they were able to accommodate us even tho the ticket is valid only for one day. I had a really great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – I could sit by the window for hours just enjoying it. The staff were kind and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location made it easy to get around, with cafes and shops nearby. Overall, I’m really glad I booked this place, and I would definitely stay here again next time.

the hotel exterior, interior decorations and the way it has been built on the slope/ hill is quite interesting. the staff are very friendly, attentive & meets beyond expectations. breakfast offers quite the range from asian to western. the infinity pool is a bit small but the mountain view is amazing.

I recently stayed at Bamboo Sapa Hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay throughout. What made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff—especially Mr. KC. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure my visit was smooth and enjoyable. He not only gave excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to explore in Sapa, but also assisted in arranging my trip to the Dragon Glass Bridge and handled all the bookings for my Fansipan summit adventure. The hotel management is truly fortunate to have someone as professional, attentive, and dedicated as Mr. KC on their team. His genuine hospitality made a real difference in my stay. Highly recommended!

Hotel service was good if you don't mind the location near cemetery. Is opposite the hotel,, some room facing the cemetery. So if. You book request for mountain view than is OK. Breakfast good. Spa so so n price expensive than other place. We had our dinner at the coffee house on the day when we arrived . Food taste not too bad. Price a little high. Over all the hotel was good.

The receptionist at the counter was very patient and helped me complete my stay. The size of the bed is unexpectedly big ~ it’s so comfortable The location is also great. There is a massage street on the right and the train station on the left (you need to go up to Fansipan Peak). The variety of breakfast is also beyond imagination (I really like it)

The place is absolutely amazing, it doesn’t get better than this in Sapa. Room was spacious and clean. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to cold weather but it must rock during summer. The location is a bit tricky as its on a hill and the walk up is a bit challenging, but they do provide a shuttle car every hour (you have to reserve it first). They made a slip up once where the car did not pick us up on the designated time and location so we had to pay for a third party to take us to the hotel, but the hotel compensated us for it with cash instantly. The breakfast buffet is pretty awesome, a true five star experience. Special mention to the restaurant manager who is very lovely , friendly and caring. He took care of my husbands diarrhea problems (sorry for the TMI lol my husband insisted me of wring this) by making him a special ginger bamboo concoction, and even offered his personal medication. Truly a great guy.

The resort is designed for private retreat. Great service. Just right outside and not too far from the city. I really feel at peace staying there. Love the view of Fansipan right from my bed. The bathrobe is very fluffy and comfortable, please have them for sale next time I’m staying. Everything in the room function well except the bath tub that flood the whole bathroom area when drains. It dried out pretty quick tho. The room is mostly quiet and tranquil, away from all traffic noises, however, mind the sound proof in room as karaoke is the culture!!!

DeLaSol Sapa Hotel is perched on a hillside, offering breathtaking views. On clear days, you can even see the peak of Mount Fansipan from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds and a private balcony to enjoy the scenic beauty. The amenities include a bathtub and a cozy living area, making your stay even more relaxing. The breakfast is outstanding—international style with a wide variety of options such as fresh bread, eggs, fruits, and especially delicious fresh vegetables. The hotel is within walking distance of the Fansipan cable car station, and many cafes and restaurants surround the area. One small downside is that the hotel is on a one-way street, so vehicles might need to take a detour, but the stunning views more than make up for it. It's also a stamp point for Sapa's travel stamp collection, and you can buy the stamp book right at the hotel. While not all staff speak fluent English, some do try their best to communicate and provide helpful service. โรงแรมเดอลาซอล ซาปา (DeLaSol Sapa) ตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขา ทำให้มองเห็นวิวสวยตระการตา โดยเฉพาะถ้าวันไหนอากาศดีจะสามารถมองเห็นยอดเขาฟานซีปันได้อย่างชัดเจน ห้องพักกว้างขวาง เตียงขนาดใหญ่ นอนสบาย มีระเบียงส่วนตัวให้ได้นั่งชมวิวแบบใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ ภายในห้องยังมีอ่างอาบน้ำและห้องนั่งเล่นเพิ่มความสะดวกสบาย อาหารเช้าจัดเต็มมาก เป็นแบบนานาชาติ มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ทั้งขนมปัง ไข่ ผลไม้ รวมถึงผักสดที่รสชาติดี เดินจากโรงแรมไปสถานีรถกระเช้าฟานซีปันได้ไม่ไกล รอบๆ โรงแรมมีร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่ให้นั่งชิลหลายร้าน ข้อเสียเล็กน้อยคือโรงแรมอยู่บนถนนวันเวย์ ทำให้การนั่งรถมาอาจต้องอ้อมบ้าง แต่ก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับวิวที่สวยมาก ที่นี่ยังเป็นหนึ่งในจุดแสตมป์ของซาปา นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถซื้อสมุดสะสมแสตมป์ได้จากที่โรงแรม พนักงานบางคนสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ไม่คล่องนัก แต่มีความตั้งใจและพยายามให้บริการอย่างเต็มที่

Wonderful Stay at Fansipan Hotel in Sapa We recently spent two nights and three days at Fansipan Hotel in Sapa, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The cozy atmosphere made our stay relaxing after long days of exploring Sapa’s beautiful landscapes. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to start the day. The staff was always attentive and ready to assist with any requests, from travel arrangements to recommendations for local sights. Overall, Fansipan Hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. We would definitely stay here again!
