Nice views and location. Located on the hill, this hotel provides good hospitality and service. Only the infinity edge pool that smaller than expected, and full of tourists that stayed taking photos for a while. Queuing system on the pool should be implemented to facilitate the process and make sure that everyone can enjoy the view.

We took an overnight sleeper bus from Hanoi and as a resulted we reached Sapa at 6am.
We were being looked after by the most amazing group of concierge and staffs. We were served tea and also got to freshen up using the facilities at their indoor pool since the check in time was not till afternoon.
The concierge staff was very attentive. To our surprise, she provided us with a hairdryer to use when she noticed that we had wet hair while waiting at the lobby.
The outdoor pool had an amazing view despite being the Fog City.
We tried their room service and ordered Pho and congee, they were delicious!
While roaming Sapa, we found a shortcut to Sun Plaza via our hotel and it became our favourite route being used often during this trip.
We enjoyed our stay and will be recommending this hotel to our friends if they are planning to travel to Sapa.

It has a good location that is very close to the Sun World and interest points nearby. It overlooks the Murong Hoa valley which sees clouds raging in the morning. The panoramic view of the valley and the mountain ranges on the top floor is gorgeous. My room with a tub is clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are nice and helpful. Quick check in and out. Breakfast is up to satisfaction.

This hotel is probably the most popular hotel in Sapa now with all the social media exposure, mainly because of its infinity pool, but booking in Nov, it’s a toss of coin whether you can get nice view or just clouds.
But other than that, it has really nice and big rooms, the staff were really friendly as well, breakfast was similar everyday but it was still delicious. I really like how accessible the hotel was as well, as it was convenient to head to sapa square or get to fansipan sapa station.

The hotel feels luxurious. Great amenities, great hospitality, great service.
For my muslim friends, it is a strategic place, 5 minutes walk from the ONLY halal restaurant there (SAPA HALAL RESTAURANT).
Those of you who loves riding, you can rent straight with hotel, although I would not recommend during my period of stay due to weather and winding strep roads.
You can arrange with receptionist at hotel to book a taxi for you from morning to 5pm local time. Chartered to you and will bring you around to visit places that you want.
The view there is soooooooo amazing and rejuvenating.

awesome experience during winter. the room is heated at night. wonderful centralized location and is within walking distance. security is a big fan of chinese drama and knows how to speak communicable mandarin. helpful and attentive staff. great breakfast. the hotel can arrange a private taxi to pick you up at 600k dong if you're arriving sapa train station. the hotel can give you public shower in case you arrive early. the breakfast is slightly more expensive.

The massive advantage of this hotel is the location, which is just a short walk from the action in Sapa central but with spectacular views overlooking the mountains and valleys. The breakfast had many options and a cooking station where other items can be freshly ordered. The service is efficient, but the outside pool area is underserviced, as towels and food was often left uncleared for hours.
