I booked this room. It said there is a kettle in the room. But there is not. room was clean, old style furniture. small window, which cannot be opened. Breakfast was nice. Location close to the La Familia Sagrada. Near a lot of coffe shops, souvenirs shops. Pretty much ok.

The front desk service was very good. The lady had a sweet smile and gave candy to the baby. The hotel is in a good location and you can walk to the Sagrada Familia. The room is small but has everything you need.

Although the room is a bit small, it has all the basic facilities. If you need a kettle, you need to ask the front desk. It is very close to the Sagrada Familia. P.S: It is best to buy a phone card in advance. The local phone card is a bit expensive here, 20 euros per card.

The location is very good, just across the street from the Sagrada Familia, the breakfast is also great, the room facilities are complete, the front desk service is great (computers can be put in the safe, free luggage storage, printing documents, etc.). It was a pleasant three-night trip, but the price was too expensive.

Choosing this hotel was the most disgusting experience of this trip. My friends and I took our children to travel to Barcelona. Considering that this hotel is relatively close to tourist attractions, we booked two rooms here on Ctrip. Both of them are triple rooms that can accommodate two adults and one child. Since our flight arrived in Barcelona early in the morning, we made a special note when booking the hotel to request that we check in at around 2 a.m. in advance. After the hotel confirmed the order, we all contacted the hotel front desk by phone, and called again to confirm whether it was OK to check in at 2 a.m., and the answers we received were no problem. When we arrived at the hotel at around two o'clock in the morning, the front desk on duty said that no one had told her about this, and told us that the triple room we booked had no available rooms, only double rooms, and asked us to get two rooms for each family at that time. Separate rooms were also required, and a total of four rooms were required for us to stay in. They said they would change our room after a triple room was available. Then we definitely disagreed, and we said we could wait quietly in the lobby for the room to be ready. The front desk told us that if we didn't book four rooms, we would have to leave the hotel immediately. We contacted Ctrip customer service to handle it, but Ctrip couldn't handle it either. Ctrip customer service was very attentive in helping us contact other nearby hotels, and finally found a suitable hotel 1.8 kilometers away. At three or four o'clock in the morning, we walked with our young children on the street for half an hour and checked into a hotel by ourselves. Nice hotel. We asked Ctrip to communicate with ibis and ask the hotel to apologize and cancel the room we reserved. Ctrip seemed to have nothing to do with the other party. After the communication, they neither apologized nor canceled the subscription. Ctrip's final solution was to ask us to continue checking in at ibis at noon that day, and Ctrip would give us a little compensation. This result is really regrettable. The photo shows the situation after check-in. The hand sanitizer was exhausted but was not replenished. When we returned to the room at 11pm, we found that there was no cleaning at all. In so many years of staying in a hotel, this is the first time I have encountered such poor service. For reference by other friends traveling to Barcelona. There are many three- and four-star hotels to choose from based on the price of this hotel. Don't choose this one.

The breakfast is very worthwhile and the time is right (open until 11 o'clock). When the time is almost up, new food is provided to fill the gap.
