Clean and good location.
Some staff could have been more friendly.
Nice and easy to log into netflix.
Good view and pleasant surroundings.
There was not much amenities. No toilet brush and much either, had to wait for the cleaning team.
Please improve this small detail next time.

Overall good price at this hotel rating. The blanket n bed is not as comfortable as other similar grade hotel i stayed in Spain, and only one thin pillow provided. No water dispenser for hot and cold water but there is kettle at the lobby floor for client to boil hot water but no water supply.
Unable to adjust the aircond temperature as it’s set auto, and some noises created if temperature set to lower.
Simple and easy check in and customer service are good and polite when requested information and extra pillows are provided at free charge.

This hotel is one of best hidden gems located in central barcelona, universite. Big bed, clean washroom everything was great! You can walk to casa batllo in around 10 min
