We believe it is quite fair for us to say it is close to the park. About the air conditioning, there was a general problem and we fixed it the morning after as we have plainly and repeatedly explained to you during your stay, apologizing also for the issue occurred. Response from Property: Hello, we are sorry to read you did not have a pleasant stay. However, we would like to answer to your complaints. You refer to the sidewalk, which is perfect for 2 people by the way, as if it was a problem related to the hotel. The sidewalk is public, the hotel cannot make it bigger because it doesn't belong to the hotel. Second, we are very strict with the cleaning, it is very difficult for us to believe the room was dirty. Not only there is a person dedicated to the cleaning, there is also the supervisor that checks on every room before check in. As far as the pillows are concerned, you admitted you left them on the floor, this means for us that you do not want them on the bed. There is why the cleaning lady left them on the floor. We always apologize if we make mistakes but frankly this does not seem the case because we are sure that if a guest finds the room dirty, they ask immediately for the change of room, as they should. Nobody would stay in a dirty room. Regards

Response from Property: Hello, there are several things that you mention that we wanted to respond. First of all we wanted to begin from the end of your review. It is not absolutely true that we discriminate in any way. First of all, the staff is made of respectful and kind people, with all of our guests, not only because it is their jobs but because they are amazing human beings. This is very important for us to underline. The other things do not have the same importance but we want to answer anyway. As far as the wechat is concerned, we offer this application because you can translate easily from any language to chinese and the communication is completely understandable for both sides. Whenever we receive a message from a chinese guest through wechat, we translate it and we answer in english so that our guest can translate it in chinese and we can communicate. Just as simple as that. If the room has problems, it would be good to inform reception desk so that they can fix it. If the problem cannot be fixed, they change the room right away so that the guest can stay in a good room. We would not go too far if we would leave our guests in rooms that have issues. We always try to give our guests the best experience trying to satisfy every request and we are sincerely sure we are good at it. For the safety box, for example, it is the same thing: the guest contact us because the safety box stopped working and we put the new batteries in two minutes.
