酒店位置和環境都超出預期。酒店位置非常好，雖然不在熱門的市中心，但是交通非常便利，離地鐵站和車站很近，坐地鐵三號線和小火車S1、S2很方便，步行可到米拉之家，鬧中取靜，餐飲便利，中超日料韓餐應有盡有。酒店本身安全度很高，前台24小時值班，進門必須由工作人員在裏面開門，出門可將鑰匙留給前台保管，省心省力。房間雖然不大，但是應有盡有，特別是有小小的灶台和基本的廚具調料，料理基本餐食沒問題，還可以從超市買半成品二次加工，提升旅途的舒適度。唯一的遺憾在於洗衣晾衣不便，但酒店附近有多家自助洗衣店，酒店本身也有洗衣服務。綜合而言，酒店性價比高，值得家庭出遊選擇。
