"Extremely disappointed with the maintenance of room no. 616 with full of cockroaches and dust inside. After n number of requests sweeper came to clean after 4 hour from checkin. AC didn’t worked and again after so many calls and requests technician visited to solve. I visited with my family and 3 year old baby couldn’t sleep for such noise and situation. Ordered food for baby with full instruction of requirement for a simple Veg Khichri. But again disappointed with the food which having red chilli powder on it and without any vegetables. Finally asked for one EU adapter or extension board as room doesn’t have any universal plug in it, at first it’s agreed from reception but then denied. Overall it’s pathetic this time and heavily degraded services than before. I have stayed here so many times but never faced such situation. May not going to come back again as options growing in the town and such situation is bot accepted anymore after paying such hefty amount for this type of low graded return."
