"Visited their restaurant Earthern Oven and it was a magical experience. Head chef Sandeep Pal, is an absolute genius. We started with the Murgh Shorba which was a burst of flavour in our mouth. So well made. For mains we had the Fortune’s Dal and Nalli Qorma. We highly recommend the Qorma which had the mutton cooked so soft and beautifully that I was falling off the bone. The dal was great too. Ended our meal with the Kesari Rasmalai which was a perfect ending to this meal. 10/10 for sure. A must visit if in Durgapur."

"Hotel is lacking in all modern amenities. No clean , modern rooms. Banquet is super expensive with all broken and dull walls and lights. Seems like a 80s cinema set. All door handels are broken. Lawn is very very very uneven , my aunt got pain after imbalance . The exterior of the entire hotel is absolutely in mess. Dirt Pool. Very poor lighting in all areas during night time. Taking so much money in marriage bookings and everything including basic outdoor lights to be born by guests. My relative lost some valuables and wanted to check the CCTV footage of a particular area after few days , they told they only keep 7days back up. So strange. Their booking incharge Mr. Saswat Mukherjee is excellent . Tried all his ways to make us happy , but till how much. Our go to *** Bapi is super , severed us few good cocktails. But Bar is pathetic. So sat in the Restaurant which also doest match to sinclairs standard. They should visit the RJ hotel once and see their modern facilities and staffs. Reception has 1 staff , takes a month for group check in and check out. Only 24 rooms and we have to book another 20 rooms in RJ , they have 5 reception staffs in peak hour. That is called service. I think sinclairs have 30% of RJ staff. Hard time , gear up or leave .. RJ is coming big and loud."

"Extremely disappointed with the maintenance of room no. 616 with full of cockroaches and dust inside. After n number of requests sweeper came to clean after 4 hour from checkin. AC didn’t worked and again after so many calls and requests technician visited to solve. I visited with my family and 3 year old baby couldn’t sleep for such noise and situation. Ordered food for baby with full instruction of requirement for a simple Veg Khichri. But again disappointed with the food which having red chilli powder on it and without any vegetables. Finally asked for one EU adapter or extension board as room doesn’t have any universal plug in it, at first it’s agreed from reception but then denied. Overall it’s pathetic this time and heavily degraded services than before. I have stayed here so many times but never faced such situation. May not going to come back again as options growing in the town and such situation is bot accepted anymore after paying such hefty amount for this type of low graded return."
